INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

S&F LED light fitting 1 x 10 Watt, 220V, AC, box type with driver, holder incl making connection with three core flexible copper conductor cable 0.5 sqmm from ceiling rose complete all as specified and directed.

S&F LED security light fitting 15 watt, input 110 to 220 volts as per IP 65 luminaries comprising of rectangular shape, high pressure die cast aluminium housing, with weather proof gaskets for lamp and driver compartment with GI pipe 25 mm dia light grade bend to shape including necessary fixing arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

DEMOLITION OF BLDG B/R & E/M ITEMS

Dismantling of Wash hand basin/urinals including all connections etc complete all as speciified and directed.

Taking down/dismantling of low level flushing cistern with connection etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old bib tap/Stop Cock/Shower any type and size etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of 150 mm thick, average consolidated thickness, mud phuska on flat roofs including mud plaster and leeping plaster etc complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for taking out old/unserviceable gate/globe valve from existing pipe line complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling existing old/US main switch, DB SPN/TPN incl MCB's complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old/US Ceiling/Exhaust Fan incl dismantling blades and depositing the same in MES store yard for reuse/safe custody complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old/US Light fitting of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old/US submain wiring of any type or size and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old/US Electric Geyser of 25lit Capacity incl connection pipes etc and depositing the same in MES store yard for reuse/safe custody complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old/US Suspension type cable 2x10sqmm of any type and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

SOLAR WATER HEATING SYSTEM

Supply, Install, Testing and Commissioning of 'Solar Hot Water System' (Flat Plate Collector) based on indirect transfer of heat of capacity 100 LPD incl backup electric system with heating element of suitable capacity, thermostatic switch, electrical connection etc with and incl complete civil work and MS work for staging for Solar Panel & Hot water tank complete all as specified and directed. Note:- i) Rates incl the cost of backup stainless steel hot water tank (insulated) but does not incl cost of cold water tank & hot/cold water piping. (ii) The solar heating system shall be procured & installed from MNRE approved manufacturer/vendor (iii) Testing shall be done as per MNRE standards.

ROAD/PATH/CULVERT

M&L for providing and marking broken centre/ side lines/zebra Lines, dashes, arrows etc on road pavement and the like of any description and width with termoplastic paint hot applied with machine confirming to BS-3265 and according to the specification laid down by IRC and MOST (Mininstry of Surface Transpost) specification 2001 (4th revision) complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

M&L for construction of Valve pit chamber 60 cmx60cm (inner dimension) and 60 cm deep , from the top of MS cover fixed on frame of angle, top cover shall be of 3 mm thick MS Sheet with locking arrangement of pad lock of 50mm size including brick work with sub class"B'' bricks in CM 1:4 including 15 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 (internally and externally) and necessary earth work in any type of soil including returning filling in and disposal of surplus oil to a distance n exc 50 mtrs and 150 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 , type D-2 , using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in floor complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY

NOTE FOR ITEM NO 8.03 :- The rate quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to include following provision of Platform for the panel with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate, 15 cm thick in foundation, brick work in CM 1:6 with sub class B old size bricks, rendering sub class B old size bricks, rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on exposed surfaces and 100mm thick PCC padding (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate on top and grouting bolts etc for panel. The platform shall be at a height of 45 cm above the nearest road level. The platform shall be constructed as per manufacturer drawing and design.

WATER COOLER & DESERT COOLER

Supply and install desert cooler with ISI marked fan and made out of PGI sheet of size 18SWG heavy duty with electric driven single phase copper wound fan motor and water pump motor having nominal air flow capacity of 4000 cubic meter per hour or nearest higher side (without any financial effect) in steel body. It includes the provision of connect Gl tubing 15mm size with PVC connection, gland, ball valve and wire for electric connection copper wire 3 core size 1.5 sqmm appx length 3 mtr in desert cooler incl provision of suitable size & length angle iron stand complete all as specified and as directed. Note- Wire for electric connection is deemed to be included in quoted rate but PVC connection, ball valve and Gl tubing are separately measured.

Supply, instalation & testing of Voltage stabilizer of rated capacity 1KVA for automatic operation, single phase wall mounted, air cooled indoor type with digital display & designed for input variation between 170 V to 280 V with: output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of ± 2.5% and of capacity 1 KVA duly fixed on wall with the help of factory mounting metallic stand and nut, bolt, screw fastener etc incl making connection complete all as specified and directed.

Note :-Schedule of credit will be deducted from total quoted amount while calculating contract sum.
