Removing loose and broken concrete/ masonary surface by chiseling / mechanical means etc from the roof slab, coloumn, beam or from similar structural members, cutting edges, cleaning the dismantled portion with wire brush etc. to make the reinforcement naked and remove dust, dirt and other foreign particles etc. and removig debries to atleast 50 Mtr from site and including necessary safety precautions complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Rates of scaffolding up to a height of 12 mtrs are included in the quoted rates.

M&L for applying polymer based rust-remover (pH value - 12) and applying polymer based rust preventive (pH value - 9) to all exposed reinforced bars complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for deformed bars of 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hopping for columns, hooking ends and binding with annealed MS wire of not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for cutting out existing cracks in concrete surfaces / masonry wall / RCC slab, forming a 'V' Groove of 25mm x 40mm of size, cleaning the groove thoroughly with air blower, priming the groove with mixture of polymer based resin & hardener in proportions using spray gun/ brush, filling the groove with putty of polymer based resin, hardener & admixture mixed in 1:1:4 ratio, and finally applying a seal coat of same as of primer coat with brush complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and as directed.

M& L for applying one coat of epoxy bonding coat to old concrete / wall surfaces of soffit of slab, coloumn, beam and similar structural members to bind new gunited / cement surface complete all as per manufacture's instruction and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for non shrink, cementatious micro concrete modified with 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate in the ratio by weight (18kg aggregate: 25kg micro concrete) respectively as per manufacturer's instructions, as in sides and soffits of beams, jacketing of columns, roof slab and similar structural members including necessary form work for fair finished surfaces use and waste of water tight form work to facilitate pouring of micro concrete including curing with suitable curing compound complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and as directed. Note: The rate quoted shall include the cost of curing compound.

M&L for drilling of holes of size 10/12 mm dia to a depth of of 50 to 100 mm into the concrete surface/ crack using rotary cum hammer drill and fixing PVC/ brass nozzles with epoxy based bonding agent sealent to facilitate grouting complete all as specified and as directed. The spacing of nozzles shall be as decided by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for grouting over the concrete surface by injecting high strength epoxy based grouting materials through the nozzles to strengthen the weak concrete. The system should have suitable viscosity which will enable it to soak into weak concrete and on subsequent polymerisation bind the loose and weak concrete. The minimum requirements of epoxy based grout material are as under: 1. Compressive strength @ 7 days : 60 N/sqmm , 2 . Tensile strength @ 7 days : 20 N/sqmm, 3. Pot life : 30 to 45 min

M&L for drilling 15mm dia holes in to RCC slab / wall / column / beams to a depth of 100 to 150 mm & provide shear connector of 12 mm dia rod bent to "L" shape with 75mm to be embedded in hole and 100 mm to be used as dowel, fixed with polyster resin grout, mixed mechanically and pour the same into the hole and insert the shear connector and finish the top and allowing the same to set complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F of hard down steel wire fabric not exceeding 4 Kg / sqm cut to lengths, bent to shape required and tying with annealed MS wire not less than 0.9mm dia welding to existing reinforcement complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge.

M&L for pressure guniting of 40 mm average thickness in cement mortar 1:3 to all affected RCC structures including necessary scaffolding, modyfying the mortar with polymer based resin hardener including curing by applying suitable curing compound complete all as per manufacturer's instructions including making good and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (i) The rate quoted shall include cost of polymer based resin and hardener. (ii) Wastage due to rebound during the pressure application, quantity of 2.34 Kg/Sqm shall be considered for calculation purpose. (iii) The rate quoted shall include the cost of curing compound.

M&L for applying polymer modified cement mortar rendering 15mm average thick plaster in CM 1:3 on gunited / roof / masonary wall surfaces including mixing of polymer modifier as per manufactrer's instructions complete finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying two coats of water proofing compound on concrete/ masonary wall surfaces of any description on new / old plastered surface with polymer based water proofing coating complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and as directed .

Taking down cement plaster including raking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick in two layers (10mm + 5mm) externally in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces mixed with water proofing compound in top layer of 5mm thick as per manufacturer’s instructions and finishing the surfaces fair and even as in wall surfaces without using extra cement complete as specified and directed. (Note : WPC measured and paid separately as ‘Supply only’)

M&L rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces as in ceiling, soffits of slab, sunshade, etc and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete.

Supply only integral water proofing compound (ISI marked) as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface and applying two coats of acrylic emulsion based premium quality exterior antifungal paint over a coat of primer complete all as directed and as per manufacturer's instructions.

M&L for prepartion of newly plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over and including alkali resistant primer complete all as directed and as per manufacturer's instructions.

M&L for preparing old decorated plastered surfaces of walls by washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion white or tinted complete as directed and as per manufacturer's instructions.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces and applying two coats of acrylic emulsion based premium quality finish exterior antifungal paint complete as directed and as per manufacturer's instructions.
