Mandatory Documents
Required1. Copy of receipt for deposition of original EMD issued from division office of any Executive Engineer (including NIT issuing EE/AE), CPWD.
Required2. Insurance Surety Bond, Demand Draft/ Account Payee Bankers Cheque / FDR / Bank Guarantee of any commercial Bank against EMD.
Required3. Upto date valid Enlistment Order of the Contractor.
Required4. Affidavit Form F.
Required5. Notarized Affidavit of Non black listing by CPWD/State/Central departments/PSU/Autonomous bodies as per Form J. (Not older than the date of Notice Inviting tender (i.e. 06.11.2025)
Required6. GST Registration Certificate
Required7. Copy of agency letter head having valid Email ID and Mobile Number.
Required8. Undertaking for site inspection Intending bidders must upload undertaking regarding site inspection I/we have inspected and examined the site of work and its surrounding and fully satisfy before submitting my/our bids.
Required9. Undertaking for engaging Associate Contractor / Specialized Agency.
Required10. Work performance certificate for similar works mentioned in page no. Eight of NIT similar work shall mean Conducting Soil Investigation for construction of building. Performance certificate issued by authorized signatory (not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent) of client / owner of similar work done by bidder.
