Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in floors / pavings n exc. 15cm thickness, (below or above ground level) complete all as directed.

M&L for providing 100 mm thick cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2, (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in Hard standing finished even and smooth without using extra cement (PCC shall be laid in alternate bays in panels of size not exc 2.4m x 2.4m or as directed) complete all as specified and as directed.

Forming 12 mm thick expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30 mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade `A' complete all as dorected.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in man hole cover slabs, of any thickness, size or shape including necessary from work, finished concrete surfaces fair and even in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for mild steel 10 mm dia and over TMT bars cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, hooking ends and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia complete all as specified and directed. .

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with sub class 'B' Bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Bricks work with sub class 'B' bricks , in brick on edge walls (less than 1/2 brick thick), build in CM (1:4) and flush pointing in CM (1:3) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with subclass ‘B’ bricks, in brick-on-edge on floor, bedded and jointed in CM (1:6) and flush pointing in CM (1:3) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work in CM (1:4) finished even & fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered suface of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer on wall complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing 75 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2, (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and laying 60 mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as directed.

M&L for providing and laying chequered cement concrete tiles 20 cm x 20 cm x 25 mm thick, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey pigment cement and pigments complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in copings, packing around interlocking paver blocks complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not other wise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

S & F framed work such as grills, cooler stand ,grating, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and / or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; frame work or water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washers etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes complete, tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge/thickness in roof or wall covering complete all as directed.

S&F Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section embeded in conc, bk wk, etc, incl taking out embeded portion and making good disturbed ground, complete all as directed.

Dismantling Chain link fencing/wire Mesh , any type complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 Cum getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers n.exc 25 cm thick, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and making good surfaces in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 (using (40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation of boundry pillars, posts (including caps and bases) complete all as directed.

S&F mild steel work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops in shape as directed drilling holes, notching for wire etc. etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair galvanised, 2 strands, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolt including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of steel surfaces or surface of any description over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply ony mild steel galvanised chain link fencing of mesh size 100 x 100mm and dia of wire as 10 gauge etc completred all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc including provission of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut,n exc 5cm long and dia of Neck 11-15mm complete all as specified .

Supply only Mild steel round bars of 10mm dia and above etc all as specified .

Material and Labour for Preparation of new steel and iron surface of any description n.exc 10cm in width or girth and applying 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparing old painted steel and iron surfaces exceeding 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Writing letters of figure black (Roman, Italian or Indian) not exc. 30 cm high including preparation of base surfaces complete all as directed.

M&L for cutting,grinding and polishing existing Kota stone flooring with granite/mirror finish complete all as specified in MES Schedule Part-I. notes to achieve mirror finish: (a) The granite/ mirror finish shall be achieved through seven cuttings method by using grit blocks of 0,1,2,2 ½, 3, 4, 5 & 6 nos. water shall be used as lubricant during cutting operations. The first four operations as carried out shall be known as cutting and grinding, where as the next three operations shall be carried out for polishing of floors. (b) The surface shall be washed thoroughly after first cutting and shall be covered with cement grout of watching colour to fill pinholes after first cutting. (c) The surface shall be cured for three days before allowing second cutting. (d) The repair shall be applied after second and further cutting shall be carried out in case pin holes are still noticed.
