Earth work in excavation in all kinds of soil in bulk excavation and foundation trenches pits including stacking soil neatly away from the edges, filling back by the sides of foundations and in plinth & retaining walls in 150mm thick layers, ramming, watering and consolidation complete including disposal of Surplus earth outside University Campus.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 ( 1 cement: 5 coarse sand: 10 grade crushed stone aggregate 40mm nominal sizes) in foundation and under flooring including machine mixing, finishing, consolidation, curing and form work complete.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) in foundation, plinth, retaining wall including machine mixing, curing, cost of centering and shuttering etc. complete. All work upto plinth level.

Reinforced cement concrete work 1:1.5:3 ( 1 cement : 1.5 sand : 3 graded crushed stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in foundation,plinth, walls, beams, suspended floors, , landings including cost of centering, shuttering/formwork but excluding the cost of reinforcement. All work upto floor V level.

Providing and fixing in position precast reinforced cement concrete work in string courses, bands, copings, bed plates, anchor blocks, plain window sills and the like including the cost of required centring, shuttering, finishing smooth with 6mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement :3 fine sand) on exposed surfaces complete but excluding cost of reinforcement with 1:2:4 (1cement :2coarse sand :4graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size). All work upto floor V level.

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars.

50 mm thick Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry.

10-15 mm thick cement plaster on rough/fair side of brick/concrete wall with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand). All work upto floor V level.

Supply of Labour for clearance of site, cutting of bushes, sapplings and trees upto 30 cm girth including disposal of rubbish outside the University Campus.
