NSOR 288, 3011304 NEW BOUNDRY WALL Providing and fixing prestressed vertically casted concrete panels (both surface should be smooth and having grooves on both faces) of M-40 grade of concrete size 2100X300X50mm having minimum 4 nos. of high tensile steel wire as per IS-6006:2014 of 3mm dia placed horizontally in full length of panales including on panel having slotted 50mm dia holes below the earht in foundation concrete as per drawing with prestressed precast column of M-40 grade of size 3600X200X200mm having minimum 8 nos. of high tensile steel wire as IS:6006:2014 of 3 mm dia meter placed vertically in full legth to erect precast boundry wall panels up to height 2400mm from GL including excavation of pit of size 600mm diaX1200mm deep in all kind strata except hard rock for erection of colunm and grouting the pit with M-20 grade of concrete etc all complete i/c manufacturing , transportation installation at site etc. all compelete in accordance with the specificaiton and drawing as per direction of enineer incharge.

22.30, 3014535, Providing & applying crack fill paste for crack filling up to 5 mm cracks.Widen the crack by putty knife in V/U shape & apply 1st priming coat of crack fill paste diluted with water in 1:1 proportion over the crack by brush. Apply 2nd coat with filling of crack fill paste when the surface is tacky but not dried completely with putty knife & spatula.After 4 hours of application 2nd coat apply 3rd coat of Crack fill paste. The work shall be carried out as recommended by the manufacturer’s specification & the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge
