Supply, install, testing & commissioning of LT control panel board "out-door type" of size 1500 mm (height) x 1200 mm (breadth) x 500 mm (depth) (minimum dimensions), factory fabricated CPRI approved (type-tested) with suitable neoprene rubber gasket to make it completely dust and vermin proof & degree of protection not less than IP-55 & general construction confirming to IS-13947, double door, front & back openable. The panel shall be provided with ventilation facility in the form of louvers for better heat dissipation and high grade aluminum bus-bar wrapped with coloured PVC tape /sleeves of rating in conformity to the Incoming ACB/MCCB rating. The panel board shall be fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick (for outer portions) & 2.00 mm thick (for inner portions) CRCA sheet duly pre-treated & powder coated, supporting angle iron frame & MC channel base suitable for 3 Phase, 4 wire system 415 /440 volts grade including complete internal wiring with not less than 2.5 Sqmm copper wire including cable glands of suitable sizes with suitable PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 foundation , necessary earthwork (if any) incl taking down old unsv LT panel of any size/type complete all as specified & as directed with & including the following accessories :

The box shall be provided with ventilation facility in the form of louvers for better heat dissipation & high grade aluminum bus-bar of rating 400A of length 600mm, min spacing of 80mm between the busbars & wrapped with coloured PVC tape /sleeves of rating in conformity to the Incoming cable rating. The panel board shall be fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick (for outer portions) & 2.00 mm thick (for inner portions) CRCA sheet duly pre-treated & powder coated, supporting angle iron frame & MC channel base suitable for 3 Phase, 4 wire system 415 /440 volts grade including I/C & O/G cable opening on bottom & at both sides including cable glands of suitable sizes with suitable PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 foundation , necessary earthwork (if any) incl taking down old unsv box of any size/type complete all as specified & as directed.

Notes for Item Nos 1 to 09:- (i) Design / drawing / BOM of the Panel Board showing the dimensions is to be obtained from the Manufacturer / Supplier & is to be got approved from the Engr-in-Charge & GE before placing final order to the manufacturer. (ii) Anything missed out in the technical specifications but technically required for efficient working is deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

M & L for repairs to feeder pillar box/LT panel etc, taking out old unserviceable and fixing of new hinges (if any) by welding/bolt nuts,addn/altn to MCCB enclosure cover with one incoming and No of out goings by grinding,cutting and painting all as shown and diretced, repairs to door lock by replacing unsv locks, extension of aluminium bus bars for incoming/outgoing MCCBs as per existing shapes and size, spray painting with two coats of approved grade & color synthetic enamel paint after scrapping incl preparation of old painted surfaces & fixing 02 nos (front & back) danger notice plate as per standard size complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for shifting the existing panel/Changeover boxes to a place directed by Engr-in-Charge incl making suitable fixing arrangement and isolating the existing cables properly incl making connections complete all as specified and directed. Note : The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of transportation and other misc charges like suitable size PCC platform /Plinth, earthwork, jointing materials etc.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for taking out/laying of UG Cables, GI Pipe etc. and getting out in hard dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of excavated material to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing sand cushioning for protection of UG cable in trenches with coarse river sand of approved quality including filling, spreading and punning down to desired thickness complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Punned thickness shall be measured for payment.

Supply and laying sub class "B" bricks in trenches for protection of UG Cable with width equal to length of bricks, laid dry & flat complete all as specified & as directed.

M & L for GI pipe light grade with all running fittings (ISI Marked), laid in trenches, under road or fixing on wall/pole/crossing drain/nallah etc. of bore 100 mm complete all as specified and directed. Make : TATA/JINDAL/PRAKASH. Note : Wherever GI Protection pipes are to be placed/fitted above earths surface, cost of necessary clamping/fixing arrangements to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates.

M & L for cutting the existing hardstanding/PCC/WBM road at a depth of not less than 60 cm & 30 cm in width for passing of HT cables through GI pipes, returning filling in, complete incl finishing the surfaces by providing cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4) with 20 mm graded aggregate upto 20 cm, finishing to a uniform smooth surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install, commissioning & testing of ATS cum LT Control Panel "out-door type" of size 1200 mm (height) x 1200 mm (breadth) x 600 mm (depth) (minimum dimensions) factory fabricated CPRI approved (type-tested) with suitable neoprene rubber gasket to make it completely dust & vermin proof & degree of protection not less than IP-55 & general construction confirming to IS-13947, double door, front & back openable. The panel shall be provided with ventilation facility in the form of louvers for better heat dissipation & tinned copper bus-bar wrapped with coloured PVC tape/sleeves of rating in conformity to the Incoming ACB/MCCB rating. The panel board shall be fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick (for outer portions) & 2.0 mm thick (for inner portions) CRCA sheet duly pre-treated & powder coated, supporting angle iron frame & MC channel base suitable for 3 Ph, 4 wire system 415/440 volts grade incl complete internal/control wiring with appropriately sized/rated copper wires incl cable glands of suitable sizes incl suitable PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 foundation, necessary earthwork (if any) incl taking down old unsv Change-over/Panel complete all as specified & as directed with & incl the following accessories : BUS-BAR & INTERNAL CONNECTIONS : The bus-bars shall be made up of 04 Nos high grade Aluminium 200 A rated, duly insulated with 1100 V grade standard colour coded PVC sleeves & rigidly mounted on suitable sized "F" class insulators of non-hygroscopic, non-combustible, all internal connections from main bus-bars to switch gears etc. PROVISION FOR CABLE ENTRY : The provision for cable entry/exit shall be provided in the bottom for both incoming & out-going cables with the help of glands, clamps etc. matching the existing LT cable sizes.

NOTE: 1) Design / drawing / BOM of the Panel Board incl all accessories showing the dimensions is to be obtained from the Manufacturer / Supplier & is to be got approved from the Engr-In-Charge & GE before placing final order to the manufacturer.2) Anything missed out in the technical specifications but technically required for efficient working is deemed to be included in the quoted rates.3) The electrical connection of digital Multi Functional Meter in the ATS panel is to be done from load side so that monitoring of various parameters viz. Voltage, Current, KW, KVA, power factor, frequency etc. can be done for both SEB mains & DG mains.4) Necessary PCC foundation/plinth shall be as per the recommendations of OEM & cost of the same is deemed to be included in the quoted rates.5) Cost of taking down old unsv change-over switches/LT Panels is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates.
