Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles and rubbish off the permises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7mm to 8mm thick (square /rectangular ) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm , but not exceeing 0.18 sqm , in floors over and including 15mm thick screed in CM 1:6 etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shades of tiles including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles and rubbish off the permises compelte all as specified & directed.

M&L for glazed tiles , coloured 300x450 x 6 to 7 mm thick as in skirting/dado over & including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles and rubbish off the permises complete all as specified & directed all as specifeid & directed .

M&L for cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (using12.5mm graded aggregate) 25 mm thick as in levelling course in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work not exceeding 200 mm thick (Horizontal/Sloping) receive for fair finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) using 20mm graded aggregate type B1, 1:2:4 on as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed.

M&L mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in cm 1:6 incl demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry , built in cement mortar including all quions, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings dressed stonework and precast articeles.all as specified and directed.
