Taking down & M&L for complete Servicing of Split/window AC 2 Ton capacity ,any make any model at various locations comprising of all the installed machineries and accessories such as Rotary/Reciprocating type compressor, condenser,air filter,liquid line filter ,capallary tube,expension valve and other electrical components complete including checking of any leakage in system and repairing, greasing/ lubricating of moving parts, fan motors complete all as specified and directed . Note (i) All servicing and repairs works shall be carried out by authorised service centre/at workshop of manufacturer. (ii) The replacement of defective/ nonfuctional parts such as PVC air filter, relay, capacitor, thermostat, contactor, gas drier filter and other connected items etc, shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of BOQ .
