SPECIAL REPAIR SURVEYED OFF CONDEMNED FURNITURE

DIMENSION Overall size shall be 1985mm high comma 920mm wide and 485mm deep. DESCRIPTION The base shall be made of two numbers mild steel sheet channel bases made in U shaped with ends covered. Mild steel sheet shall be 1mm thick. The base channel shall be welded at 50mm from each end of the length of 920mm and shall be up to full width of 485mm and shall be 100mm high Top comma sides bottom and back of almirah shall be of 1mm thick mild steel sheet. Four shelves equally spaced of 1mm thick mild steel sheet shall be provided to make five compartments. Front shutter shall two leaves of equal size. Front shutter leaves shall have three butt hinges of 75mm fixed to each shutter and shall be side hung. All joints and welding and fixing shall be done in accordance with the standard workmanship. HANDLE One chromium plated steel handle with a locking device shall be provided as shown on drawing. LOCKING DEVICE The locking device shall be three way locking device and shall also be provided with decorative key plate. FINISH All steel surfaces shall be painted with two coats of Smoke Grey paint internally and extrenally with spray machine over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of surfaces. A mark of MES shall also be provided on top left corner of front shutter with visible colour. Painting shall be done with spray machine. Rest all as per drg.

Overall size shall be 1025mm long comma 450mm wide and 750mm high. Back shall be 1025 mm long and 750 mm high made out of Prelaminated HDF Board bd 18mm thick One side teak comma walnut and other side balancing white comma Rest all as per Drg and as directed by Engr in charge.

Overall size shall be 1980mm long comma 900mm wide and 440mm high. Two long rails and two short rails shall be of 25mmx65mmx16 gauge MS rectangular pipe. The legs shall be of size 32mmx32mmx16 gauge welded to long and short rails as shown on drg.Two stiffeners of size 25mmx25mmx16 gauge shall be provided in equidistant between two opposite long rails. Six number cleat of size 25mmx60mmx6mm shall be welded with frame to support ply. Two stiffeners joining legs of size 25mmx25mmx16 gauge shall be provided at 150mm from ground level. 12mm thick BWR plywood shall be provided for top as shown on drg with proper nut and bolt .one nut and bolt shall also be provided at centre of each stiffeners for fixing the plywood irrespective of what is shown on drg. PVC hard rubber shoes shall be fixed at bottom of each leg. All steel surfaces shall be painted with synthetic enamel Paint black in color after applying a coat of primer. Rest all as per drg

DIMENSION Overall size shall be 760mm long comma 600mm wide and 1100mm high. DESCRIPTION The locker shall be made of mild steel sheet 1mm thick. 20 mm dia conduit pipe shall be chrome plated with wall thickness of 1 point 6 mm shall be fixed with side sockets. Two handles chromium plated 100mm long shall be fixed to shutters with necessary riveting. One hasp and staple 75mm long shall also be fixed to shutters with riveting. The left shutters shall be provided with 100mm long tower bolt inside at upper and lower ends also. The locker shall be provided with compartments as shown in drgs made of 1mm MS sheet. FINISH All steel surface internally and externally comma exposed to view when placed in position shall be given two coats of Smoke Grey paint internally and externally after properly smoothened the surface with sand paper and applying putty. Painting shall be done with spray machine. Rest all specifications are as per drg.

DIMENSION Overall size shall be 915mm long comma 610mm wide and 1905mm high. DESCRIPTION The entire rack shall be made of 1mm mild steel sheet. The sides shall be provided with 40x40x4mm angle iron welded to 1 point 00mm thick MS sheet. 75x75x3mm thick Flat iron cut to shape shall be welded at front corner. All partitions shall also be made of 1mm thick mild steel sheet and shall be riveted to side of rack. All Dimensions comma shape and size shall be followed as per drg. All joints comma fixing shallbe done in accordance with standard specifications. Rest all as shown on drg. FINISH All steel surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be painted with two coats of Smoke Grey hammer paint internally and extrenally with spray machine after preparation of surfaces. Painting shall be done with spray machine. Rest all as per drg.

All as per Drg comma the frame shall be strictly as per drg wallet oblique teak colour as approved. The mirror shall be of 5mm thickness of make modiguard oblique saint Gobain all shown on drg and as directed by Engr in charge.

The overall size of the table dressing shall be 1150mm long 380mm wide and 1700mm high. The sides comma top comma back and front of the base unit shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated MDF board. The bottom of the side units shall be of 12mm thick MDF board. The sides and back of drawers shall be of 12mm thick prelaminated MDF comma bottom of the drawers shall be of 6mm thick commercial ply whereas the front of the drawers shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated MDF board. 5mm thick electro copper plated mirror shall be fixed over 6mm thick plywood back. Track rails 25mm x 25mm In section on one side telescopic channel of make hettick oblique Ebbco comma on two vertical. The Overall size of the stool shall be 440mm long 350mm wide and 425mm high. The four sides shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated MDF. The top of the stool shall be of 12mm thick plywood openable as shown in drg. Four heavy duty revolving nylon double wheels shall be provided at base below the 6mm base ply fixed over wooden runner 20 mm x 20 mm. The seat of the stool shall be 75mm high comma made of foam 40 density covered with tapestry cloth as approved by Engr In charge oblique GE. Rest all as per drg.

All as per drg comma the wood shall be 1st class hard wood teak free from any joints cracks and knots. The top shall be made out of 18mm thick MDF board exterior grade one side teak lamination in wange oblique wallet as approved colour and one side white lamination. all exposed edges of PPB shall be provided wooden beading of teak wood 4mm thick x 18mm wide duly polished with matching colour The frame shall be polished after prepration of surfaces with two or more coats of brown oblique walnut colour Melamyne polish with spray machine as per the requirement to its glossy look. rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr in Charge.

DIMENSION Overall size shall be 1145mm long comma 600mm wide and 760mm high. DESCRIPTION All wood shall be of first class hard teak wood except top and right hand side drawer cabinet. Legs shall be of 35mmx55mm in section and 717mm high having 5mmx5mm in section groove at the top of legs at the portion when placed in position. The top shall be of 18mm thick of approved shade and the edges shall be covered with 4mm thick teak wood beading. Two short stiffeners of teak wood of size 50mmx40mm in section irrespective of what is shown on drg shall be provided between legs at 100mm from bottom of legs. Sides of the box which house the drawer and cabinet shall be 18mm thick BWR grade plywood Sides and back of drawers shall be of 12mm thick teak wood planks. Bottom of drawers shall be of 6 mm thick plywood commercial. 6mm thick plywood commercial 75mm high partition shall be provided in the drawer. Shutter for cabinet shall be fixed with piano type continuous hinges. Lock shall be provided to drawer and shutters. Recessed handle shall be provided to drawer and shutter. 25mm dia and 25mm high rubber shoes shall be fixed to bottom of legs. FINISH All wood surfaces shall be Melamyne polished with high gloss finishby spray machine. Rest all as per drg.

DIMENSION The overall size shall be 600mm long comma 450mm wide and 540mm high. DESCRIPTION The legs shall be 60mmx30mm in section and 497 mm high and shall be of teak wood. 5mmx5mm in section groove shall be provided at the visible portion of top of legs. Top rails of teak wood of 20mmx50mm in section and 510mm long shall be provided between the legs. Bottom rail of teak wood of 20mmx50mm in section and 420mm long shall be provided between legs comma widthwise at 100mm above the bottom of legs. A centre rail of size 20mmx50mm shall also be provided lengthwise at centre in between the side bottom rails irrespective of what is shown on drg. 25mm thick and 25mm dia hard rubber oblique PVC rings shall be fixed to the bottom of all legs fixed with 30mm long screws. Top of table shall be of 18 mm thick pre laminated MDF board with 4mm teak wood edging alround the top of table. FINISH All wood surfaces shall be Melamyne polished with high gloss finish by spray machine. Rest all as per drg
