Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, concrete surfaces including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water remove dust, debries/rubbish etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 15 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or stone masonary work, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) on walls in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of internal walls and applying three coats of white wash complete all as as specified and as directed.

M&L for two coats cement base paint on newly plastered surfaces of wall including preparation of surfaces including curing before and after applying each coat complete all as specified and directed. MAKE : Snowcem/Asian/BERGER/DURACEM

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone-work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for pre cast cement concrete block masonary of 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) with soild blocks, exc.10cm in width, set and jointed in cement mortor 1:6 complete all as spd and directed.

Machine pressed / vibro mechanically floated interlocking cement paver block ISI marked, any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade, with topping of grey cement and pigment, laid over and including 50mm thick sand cushioning complete. Shape pattern of laying shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge. Make: NTC/NITCO/ULTRA /JOHNSON

Machine pressed / vibro mechanically floated interlocking cement paver block ISI marked, any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness, M-40 Grade, with topping of grey cement and pigment, laid over and including 50mm thick sand cushioning complete. Shape pattern of laying shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge. Make: NTC/NITCO/ULTRA /JOHNSON

M&L broken stone and boulders hardcore of gauge n exc 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc 15 cm thick water and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors and paving n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing demolished material to a distance and depositing out site of MoD land where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in sub base, foundation, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection and finished concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement including making proper joints with bitumen mastic with sand as per specification at an interval of 3m complete all as specified and as directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate), as in , in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, benching, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided , water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition cement concrete (unreinforced) of any descriptions and in any position not otherwise specificaaly provided for and removing demolished material to a distance and depositing out site of MoD land where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface chanels and drain, complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc (inner girth only measured) all as specified and as directed.

Material for factory made precast PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates, as in kerb stone of size 300 x 300x 100mm thick (width and depth of kerb stone shall be 300mm) set in CM (1:4) inclduing necessary form works and earth work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for one coat of plastic emulsion paint of any description on old plastered surfaces or concrete surface of any description over 10cm girth or width not other wise described, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Preparation of old treated plastered / unplastered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of cement base paints of any shade on walls (shade as approved by users) including curing before and after applying each coat complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. M&L for 20mm thick granite of black shade (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and as directed.
