Dismantling and removing and setting aside for credit to contractor steel tubular pole any type/size by breaking PCC foundation after disconnecting electrical connection incl site clearance and depositing to AGE E/M store yard complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Dismantling insulators any type any size complete all as speciified and as directed.

Dismantling cross-arms of M.S. channel or angle sections etc complete and setting aside for credit to contractor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install erect in true vertical position steel tubular swaged welded poles complete with MS base plate of 6mm thick of size 450mm x 450mm finial taper plug pole cap bolt nut and screwed, pole made out of ERW MS tubing confirming to IS 2713 Part(I & II) of 11.0 mtr long, type 410 SP-55 including drilling of holes of required size and nos for fixing of cross arms bracing support / taking out of cables etc with inbuilt junction box for 3 phase 4 wire AC supply and painting with one coat ofred oxide primer and two coat of aluminum paint for exposed surface and two coat of black bituminous paint for the portion embeded in concerete complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Excavation, earth work & PCC shall be measured and paid separately).

M&L for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat and one finishing coat of paint all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; n exc 10 sq m on plan for for laying of UG cable / pole/ Stays etc getting out including forming bottom surface to required level and gradient and getting out in following :-

(b) Hard/Dense soil

(c) Soft/Disintegrated rock

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25cm in soils complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for scrapping of old painted surfaces of electric pole covered by dust and other deposited materials by cleaning from steel tubular pole of length upto 11 metres including cross arms, bracing, clamps etc and painting with one coat of aluminium paint, retaining & repainting marking on pole & replacement of reflective band of width 4 cm RED-YELLOW-RED alternate coloured 3 numbers all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for scrapping existing deteriorated old aluminium paint by hard wire brush. Painting the existing 2 pole structure by aluminium paint including cross arms, support angles, clamps and any other structural part complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M & L for scrapping existing deteriorated old aluminium paint by hard wire brush. Painting the existing 4 pole structure by aluminium paint including cross arms, support angles, clamps and any other structural part complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M & L for fault detection in damaged HT/LT UG cable by using cable fault detector/locator vehicle mounted comprising of surge generator pulse, ECHO fault locator with high frequency distance calculator etc to accuracy of 2 meter for various location inside CME for UG cables of any size any type upto 22 KV incl excavation & Earthwork in any type of stratra to usually inspect/repair the damaged cable when and where required all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : (i) Complaint will be notified to contractor on mobile phone at any time and contractor is responsible to rectify the fault within 4 hrs after notification, failing which Rs. 500/- per hrs shall be recovered from contractors dues. (ii) Rates included necessary earth work in any type of strata or road for opening the cable and prepare the cable ready to jointing work and making good to match with existing finishes.

M & L for Loose filling with aggregates of broken stone gauge 40 to 80 mm in HT substation yard complete including removal of any debris etc comlpiete all as specified and as directed

S & F in repair danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT, 25 x 20 cm size. comlpiete all as specified and as directed

M & L for scrapping existing deteriorated old paint by hard wire brush, painting the existing HT bus bar panel by aluminium paint including handles minor parts complete and any other structural part complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Dismantling and taking out old unsv earthing and material & labour for earthing using copper earth plate electrode of size 60cm X 60cm X 3.15mm thick burried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, earth plate surrounded from all sides by 15 cm thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers and electrode connections by using copper strip of size 20X3 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of GI and protected by light grade 40 mm dia galvanised iron pipe and GI pipe light grade 20mm bore for watering, including funnel, wire mesh, CI pit cover and PCC chamber pit with PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (including necessary excavation and earth work disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr all as specified and shown on electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I 2009 including testing all as directed

M&L earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead of size 32x6mm galvanised iron strip fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc

S&F earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead of size 20x3 mm copper strip fixed to wall with S&F of porcelin /PVC insulator buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Cutting of tree branches of any girth along HT OH lines at a distance not less than 2 meter on either side of the pole cleaning of bushes and shrubes of any type along entire RM of pole. Cleaning /prunning should be carried out as and when directed during entire running period of contract or as when directed by E-I-C. A fine of one time quoted rate per running metre will be deducted if the over growth is found along the pole all as directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Stringing/Tension adjustment for the Sag of Overhead HT Line 3 wire including guard wire to the required tension complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge for the following :-

The panel shall be of powder coated colour red complete all as specified and directed

S & F self-fusing Ethylene Propylene Rubber(EPR) based high-insulating voltage tape of width not less than 2.54 mm (1 inch) and thickness not less than 0.75 mm of any length to protect HT/LT XLPE cable from moisture and current leakage complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge .

M & L for highly HT insulating opaque red coloured ANTI TRACK COMPOUND SPRAY 320 of MOSIL LUBICANTS that forms flexible chemical resistant coating to class H winding for electrical apparatus, in 500 ml spray bottles to protect HT equipments, bus bar, CTs, PTs from current leakage due to moisture complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for spraying chemical (roundup/glycel) on area to remove unwanted vegitation/grass at various locations as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: (i) Labour and equipments to spray chemical on required area are incl in quoted rates. (ii) Spray will be repeated quarterly or as per direction of Engr in Charge.

S & F in repair of unsv HT 11 KV bus bar insulator of HT panel complete as per direction of Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in repair of unsv HT 22 KV bus bar insulator of HT panel complete as per direction of Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for shifting heavy items / excavating / cleaning areas / clearing site by providing crane/hydra/JCB/tractor with trolley as required at site complete all as per direction of Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair glow sign board box type printed on poly carbonated sheet of size 200 x 100 x 25 cm having provision of 3 x LED tube light inside the box and 10 mtrs 3 core 1.5 sqmm circular PVC connecting wire with hanging arrangment as directed by engr -in charge. Note :- Background, font size & colour and material to be printed on board shall be as per direction of Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling post or strut embeded in concrete (wood/steel/RCC) any section embeded in concrete including taking out embeded portion and making good all as directed & specified

Dismantling fencing wire mesh of any description complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for hand rails, half round or others stock section or core for wooden hand rail straight portion, drilled and counter sunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc, wind ties for roof including securing bolts, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.,) including all necessary drilling, bolting or reveting etc., and similar work confirming to FE-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one head and screwed at the other, screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long with dia of bolt upto 10mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only galvanised mild steel chain link fencing made out of 3 to 4 mm dia galvanised steel wire and of aperture 50mm x 50mm complete all as specified and directed. Note : Fixing shall be measured and paid separately.

Fixing only mild steel chainlink fencing including line wires, any mesh size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts ,angles etc., including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise specified and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.
