M&L for Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering rolled with 8 to 10 tonnes vibrator power roller to camber gradient required including watering and well ramming complete all as specified and directed.

Rolling consolidating formation surfaces of road in cutting with exceeding 8 tonne and not exceeding 12 tonne power roller and forming required level ,gradient and camber including filling in hollows and depressions, watering as necessary complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 200mm spread thickness soling (or sub base) with broken boulders or quarried stone, inter stices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 150 mm thick (Compacted thickness) WBM in two layers of 7.5cm thick each with coarse aggregates of granite, trap or basalt of grading 2 (63mm to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required complete all as specified and directed

Preparing WBM surface road by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a tack coat with bituminous primer (paving bitumen) grade VG 30 @ 10 Kg per 10 Sqm and M &L for bitumenous premix Semi-Dense Asphaltic Concrete 40 mm thick consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix using paving bitumen of grade 30 (VG 30) ,rolled and compacted, mixed in mechnical hot mixed plant and premixed material laid with mechanical paver, finished including rolling to required gradient and camber with 8 to 10 ton power roller to required compaction complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Laying shall be done by means of self-propelled mechanical paver, and screed temp minimum not less than 140 degree cellicious finished with electronic sensor and hydraulic controls with suitable speed 5 KM/hour and capable of laying, spreading, tamping and finishing. (ii) Mix shall be obtained from hot mix plant and spreading shall be done by using mechanical sensor paver only).complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for premix Bituminous Macadam with 4 % binder content of paving bitumen of grade (VG-30) by weight of total mix laid and rolled with 8-10 tonne power roller to required gradient and camber using mechanical sensor paver and roller of type & capacity all as specified in MoRTH and TI 09/2009 complete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) Aggregate used in the work shall be obtained from approved source. (b) Minimum content of Cement filler shall be 2% by weight of total mix and dossage shall be as per design mix. No price adjustment shall be appliecable if excess quantity of filler is used/approved due to design requirement in the execution of work under this item. (c) No price adjustment shall be made for any extra uantity of binder due to design requirement. (d) Cost of testing charges as per (IS), Preparation of moulds, penetration test, Viscosity test, Bitumin extraction test, Marshal stability test and core cutting, materials and transporation etc for job mix formula shall be deem to be included in quoted rate). (e) Mix shall be from hot mix plant and laying shall be done with mechanical . (f) During the laying minimum 02xwater browser shall be available at site.

Demolition of cement concrete ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete.

M&L for marking lines dashes,arrows,letters not exc 15cm wide on bituminous surfaces, with retro reflector thermoplastic sign glass beards @ 250 grams per sqm area conforming to MORTH & BIS specification not less then 2.5mm thick of white or golden yellow applying with machine, as per manufacturer's instructions including preparation of surface i.e cleaning of surface by removing all dist, oil grease etc complete all as specified and directed.

Surface dressing in berm n exc. 15 cm and averaging 10cm deep and getting out soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 100 mm thick Moorum/Red bajri, spread, rolled & consolidated to gradient & camber required in light wearing surface/berms complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete 1:4:8, type D2 using 40mm graded aggregate for in foundations, filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50mm thick sand cushining under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down PCC paver block/tiles, dry laid, of any thickness and re-laying in same position or position n exc 500m from location as directed by Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.50 m wide and n. exc. 1.50 m deep for foundation of and getting out in hard dense soil etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning fillng in , including spreading , levelling , watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point in soil etc complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material distance exceeding 50m and not exc 250m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork of stone/boulder masonry, build in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work in modular size with sub class "B" bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L stone walling of random rubble, uncoursed well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in Cement mortor 1 : 6 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reincorcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) of any description and in any position not otherwise specified complete all as directed.

M&L RCC 1:1.5:3, Type A 1 Nominal mix (using 20 mm graded aggregate) for slabs supported on walls, beams and column in floors, roofs landings, blaconies , canopies , deck slabs complete al as specified and directed.

M&L mild steel TMT Bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bend to shape required including cranking bending spirally for column, hooking ends & binding with and including mild steel mild steel wire (annealed not less that 0.90 mm dia or securing with chip) complete al as specified and directed.

Ditto All as per item No 26 above but 5mm dia and over upto and incl 10 mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders.

Use and waste of formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs , floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200 mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) complete al as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 mix (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in benching, bed blocks, coping etc; including necessary formwork all as directed.

M & L rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in CM 1:4 surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete al as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of surface of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint with roller complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipe any dia and above drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F reinforced concrete drain pipes of 450 mm diaclass NP-3, laid in trenches and jointed and tested as specified.

Providing plain cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 mix (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed to drain pipes of 450 mm bore including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested as specified.

M & L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using (40mm graded aggragate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair road delineator made of 50 mm round MS pipe 80 to 100 cm high above ground level with reflective bends of 3 M Hi intensity micro prismatic grade retrorefective sheeting 5 cm red 2 Nos and 10 cm yellow 1 No in center with metal jalli for protection, painted black all as specified and directed.Note: 1. Excavation, removal of surplus soil and size of pcc pit is 200x200x200 mm filled with pcc 1 :2:4 type B-1. rate quoted shall be included above.

S&F Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with Epoxy adhesive and supported with 2 Nos 6mm MS Screw complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make:- Birla 3M / Kataline or equivalent make as approved by GE.

S&F in repair 500mm to 1000 mm dia Convex mirror for visibility and fixed with 50 dia SS pipe medium grade ISI mark( height of pipe not less than 1.20 m from ground leve ) & embeded in post holes size (200mm x 200 mm x 400 mm ) in pcc 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) & including earth work & excavation ,RFR omplete all as specified and directed.
