Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (including equivalent design mix).

Demolishing brick work mannually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50metres lead as per direction of Engineer in charge :In cement mortar.

Disposal of moorum/building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for lead upto 10 km for all lifts, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. Note - item to be applicable in urban areas having directions for restricted hours for movement/ plying of load carrying motor vehicle of 3.5 cum or more.

Raising Manhole cover and frame slab to required level including dismantling existing slab and making good the damage as required(Raising depth of Manhole to be paid separately ) Circular manhole 140cm width circular cover 600mm dia of grade EHD 35

Providing and fixing in position pre-cast R.C.C. manhole cover and frame of required shape and approved quality HD-20 Circular shape 560 mm internal diameter

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand).

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricksof class designation 7.5 in foundations and plinth in :cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand).

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete:40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate.

12mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix1:4 (1cement : 4 fine sand).
