Eligibility Criteria

Tenderers should not be associated, or have been associated in the past, directly or indirectly, with a firm or any of its affiliates which have been engaged by the Purchaser to provide consulting services for the preparation of the design, specifications, and other documents to be used for the procurement of the goods to be purchased under this Invitation of Tenders.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Any authorized dealer/supplier/ manufacturer are eligible to apply

No joint venture/Consortium is permissible.

None of the contracts of the bidder should have been terminated/foreclosed on account of his default in KPCL or elsewhere during last three years

Technical Criteria

Past Experience

The bidder shall be the manufacturer/Authorized dealer/supplier and shall have proven experience in similar field & supplied electrical items to anyState Govt. / Central Govt. / Govt. undertakings/reputed organization in India. In proof of the above, Purchase orders(not more than two) total order value not less than Rs.2.15 Lakhs and invoice copy/supply completion certificate issued from competent authority shall be furnished. The purchase order copy furnished shall be of the preceding five financial years (i.e.,2021-22,2022-23,2023-24,2024-25,2025-26 and the period up to the date of submission of bid). The orders of previous years shall be given weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the present level of the financial year in which the tenders are invited.

Financial Status

The bidders in the last five financial years(i.e.,2020-21,2021-22 2022-23, 2023-24& 2024-25) should have achieved in at least two financial years an average annual financial turnover of Rs. 4.29Lakhs. In proof, Annual report/turn over certificates duly certified by chartered accountant shall be furnished.Financial turnover of previous years shall be given weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the present level of the financial year in which the tenders are invited
