Interlocking Paver Blocks having 80 mm thickness in M-40 grade concrete

Random Rubble stone masonry with hard stone in superstructure above plinth level and upto five level above 30cm. thick walls in :

Cement Mortar 1:6 ( 1-Cement : 6-Sand).

Brick work with F.P.S. bricks of class designation 75 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level in all shapes and sizes in :

Cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Add extra for Square or Rectangular Pillars in Superstructre brick work up to five storey

PART 'C'

P & F 1st qualityHeavy Duty Vitrified Polished Digital tiles on floor, skirting and steps etc.in different sizes (thickness minimum 10mm) with water absortion less than or equal 0.08% and conforming to IS 15622 of approved make in all colour and shade, laid with 20 mm thick CM 1: 4 including grounting the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc complete.

Providing and fixing 1st quality standard white, grey, ivory, fume red brown, light green, light blue and other light shades ceramic glazed vitrified tiles with water absortion less than or equal to 0.08% confirming to IS:13753 & IS : 15622 on walls, pillars etc. laid on a bed of neat cement slurry finished with flush pointing in the white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tile complete (excluding the cost of cement plaster on walls and pillar).

Removal/Taking out the dead weathered/cracked/damagee plaster of thikhness 25-30mm average thick very carefully & disposal of the unserviceable material lead up to 100 mtr etc complete.

Flush pointing with 1:1:1 lime surkhi mortar (1 lime : 1 surkhi : 1 coarse sand) mixed with adhesive material like Gud, Belgiri and babool gum inculding racking, cleaning and washing out joints with mixing hardener and colour pigment for matching the original etc complete.
