Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and n.exceeding 1.5m in depth; for foundation etc and similar work and getting out in hard/dense soil all as specifed and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in hard/dense soil complete all as sepcified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance exc 50m and n.exc1.50 km out side defence land complete all as sepcified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster from brick/concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for Wall cladding/Glazed coloured tiles 300x600x7mm for external surfaces size and design as approved by Engr in Charge as in vertical surfaces of walls, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 10mm cement rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Marble work 18 to 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, windowcills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble of Makran white/green marble over cement screed base 15 mm thick in CM 1:6, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as sepcified and as directed.

M&L for 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4 for laying floor finishes complete all as sepcified and as directed.

M & L 18-20 mm thick granite (of any type) work( table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window sills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite slab including moulding of edges and makes the surface anti skid by Grooves and Inlays or Sandblasting complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Rendering 15 mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces of walls in CM (1:4) including finishing the surfaces fair and even without using extra cement all as directed

Material and labour for 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces including finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removal of concrete and plaster debris to a distance 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.50 m above the starting point, all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrodes 600 mmx600 mm x6.3 mm thick buried directly in ground earth plate not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to and including galvanized steel earth lead wire 4.00 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron and steel including PCC pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, RCC frame with 40mm thick RCC cover reinforced with 8mm dia deformed bars handle. including excavation and earth work in any type of soil medium grade GI watering pipe 20mm bore with funnel and wire mesh and light grade GI protection pipe 15mm bore main board complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 connected to main control board all as specified and testing on completion. Note: Excavation earthwork charcoal PCC pit is covered under this item including taking out existing earth plate etc.Note: if earth resistance of earthing is not found (2 to 5 Ω) satisfactory if will be redone by the contractor on his risk and cost.
