Renewal work of Mathura Vrindavan Mant Naujheel Road (MDR-123) in District Mathuta

Providing and laying of a stress absorbing membrane over a cracked road surface, with crack width 6 to 9 mm after cleaning with a mechanical broom, using modified binder complying with clause 521, sprayed at the rate of 11 kg per 10 sqm and spreading 11.2 mm crushed stone aggregates @ 0.12 cum per 10 sqm, sweeping the surface for uniform spread of aggregates and surface finished to conform to clause 902.

Providing & applying Tack Coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25Kg./Sqm. on the prepared primed granular/old painted surface, cleaned with air compressor, including all Taxes, Material, Labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work. (For Bitumenous Surface).

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 5.40% of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects.

Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads. transportings to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table No. 300-2 as per SI.No.-26, Ch.No.-20
