Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in Hard / Dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 1.00 herein before but depth above 1.5 m & below 3 m

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in any type soil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sand cushioning to underground cable including punning down of sand in layer complete all as specified and directed Note :- Thickness of sand cushion after punning down i.e 18 cm shall be measured for payment

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm size graded stone aggregates) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in coping / pedestal of poles including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover , class HVP , Type I, flat, size 300 x 180 x 40 mm laid dry in trenches over under ground cables complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, Erecting and fixing in replacement Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-55 (11.0 metres long) and providing 3 Nos of 30cm wide circular bands with black & yellow paint starting from plinth level at a gap of 30 cm between 2 bands and numbering of poles in yellow paint over black painted back ground at a height of 2m from bottom of pole with 5 cm large bold letters 2" wide, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning/ painting the HT poles of OH lines and HT four pole/ two pole structures complete with crossarms any height and any description thoroughly with necessary cleaning agent including scrapping up of old corroded paint dirt/ rust carefully and applying two coats of synthetic aluminium paint and providing 3 Nos of 30cm wide circular bands with black & yellow paint starting from plinth level at a gap of 30 cm between 2 bands and numbering of poles in yellow paint over black painted back ground at a height of 2m from bottom of pole with 5 cm large bold letters 2" wide and colour washing of pole coping details as under:-

(b) Four poles with cross arms

(c) HT 11 mtr single pole

M&L for cleaning the pre-stressed cement street light poles 9 / 11 meters height preparing surfaces plastered or unplaster old surfaces and applying two coats of cement based paint over one coat of primer including two coats colour washing of PCC coping and providing 3 Nos of 30cm wide circular bands with black & yellow paint starting from plinth level at a gap of 30 cm between 2 bands and numbering of poles in yellow paint over black painted back ground at a height of 2m from bottom of pole with 5 cm large bold letters 2" widecomplete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour XLPE insulated (Earthed) , screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables(heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade,3 core, cross sectional area 95 sq.mm including inspection and testing. including taking down old U/S HT cable complete all as specified and directed .

S&F cable route indicator for HT UG cable of 11000 volts bolted with 40x6 mm flat iron member of height 0.60 mtrs and 80 mm CI plate embeded in PCC 1:3:6 type C2 of size 20x20x30 cm block complete all as specified and directed.

Finding out Fault in existing U/G HT cables laid below 1 Mtr depth of earth surface in any location of GE (U) secbad Area by the expert engineers team of state electricity board using and hiring of HT fault locator complete Note : HT Straight through Joint kit will be paid and measured seperatly in relevant item of sch A.

Supply & lay 80mm dia bore GI tubing light grade in protection of cable at road crossing /hard standing/pole protection fixed with clamps as per site requirement etc all as specified including taking down U/S one.

Cutting the existing road straight manually, depth and width not less than 1 mtr below ground level for passing of underground cable and filling back with excavated soil upto 75% road portion and 25% shall be made with cement concrete 1:2:4 (using 20 mm size graded stone aggregate stones) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and stringing ACSR conductor of any size for LT/HT overhead line connections of squirrel/weasel/Mink/Rabbit as per site requirement including taking down old unsv complete all as specified and directed.

M&L ACSR jumper in HT/LT overhead line as that of existing size including binding wire, nuts & bolts, washers complete upto 10 mm dia all as directed

Cutting and trimming tree branches any girth and any size touching overhead lines and cleaning the distance 1.5 mtr length both sides of OH line with in a span and disposing the same not exc 50 m and cleaning the site all as directed

S & F for Cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plate, fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as directed including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer & including taking down old unsv, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Lightning arrestor expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class , discharge capacity 65 Kilo amps, suitable for 11000 volts and including taking down old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for disconnecting the electric supply and servicing of 11 KV AB switches upto 400 Amps by disconnecting, overhauling, greasing and reassembling same in its existing position, testing & commissioning including complete all as directed Note: Worn out spares shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items

M&L for Stay assembly mild steel galvanised stay assembly set complete comprising of 20 mm dia, 400mm long stay bow, 2150mm long stay rod 20mm dia, 300mm x 500mm x 6mm stay plate, thimble, GI stay wire of 7/8 SWG upto required length all as shown in electrical plate No.1 of MES Schedule part-I (2009) complete all as specified and taking down old unserviceable as directed

M&L for disconnecting and dismantling the existing indoor type, 11 KV, 25kA / 18.3 kA Horizontal Isolation horizontal draw out type VCB trolly of rupturing capacity 350 MVA,630 / 800 Amps from location and including replacement of unserviceable / damaged spare parts and repair / overhauling and carrying out with the following complete all as specified and as directed . Note: Spare parts will be measured and paid separately under relavent item

Inspecting / overhauling of manual / motorised spring drive mechanism by checking mechanism, motor and gear assembly, big gear assembly, stop bolt assembly, main shaft interlocking assembly, closing spring assembly, small cam with screw,motor cut -off limit switch, butter fly swich assembly and apply multi grease lubricant to function smoothly.

Inspecting / overhauling of Shunt trip / Closing coil assembly,earthfault release assembly, auxilary switch and checking of electrical wiring system.

Inspecting / overhauling /cleaning and inspecting through insulators, vacuum interupters by carbon cleaner solution and apply dry graphite conductive sealant (STNVAC or ISI marked as approved by GE) for electrical contacts to avoid carbon deposits on contact surfaces.

Inspecting / cleaning / overhauling of bus bar chamber by checking of bus bars, spout insulators, space heaters and removing dust with vacuum cleaner / Blower and moisture by hot air blower and checking tightness of bus bars, insulators and applying STRIPPEX (A), STRIPPEX (B) insulating coating (STNVAC or ISI marked as approved by GE) and HT tape and test with High Voltage (DC) and meggering before and after high voltage test complete.

Inspecting / cleaning / overhauling of CT / PT chamber by checking of Bus bars, spout insulators, space heaters, PTs, CT's and checking of wiring system and removing dust with vacuum cleaner / blower and moisture by hot air blower and checking tightness of bus bars, insulators and applying Anti Tracking Paint (STANVAC) on CT's and insulators and HT 11KV Tape.

Assembling all items / components parts to the respective postion and testing the breaker with High Voltage (DC) and meggering before and after high voltage test complete.

Disconnecting HT/LT electric connections of defective outdoor/indoor distribution transformer step down 11KV / 433 Volts of capacity 63 KVA to 500 KVA, pole mounted/platform mounted, from uploading with help of crane and transporting at local authorised work shop, taking out complete transformer oil from transformer, store the oil in separate container. Opening the top cover for lifting up the core assembly carefully dismantling same. Checking the condition of HT & LT winding of transformer and providing new insulation such as craft paper insulation top gasket kreeper paper varnish etc, checking the transformer body for any leakages & rectify by welding as required, cleaning the transformer body internal & externally painting the body with one coat of approved paint, Refixing of the same after ovening of core to achieve the permissible insulation level and refilling the transformer oil after dehydration & filteration. Reassembling & testing complete and provide testing report, transporting back & up load the same at site by using crane safely. Reconnecting & commissioning all as specified. Notes :- 1. Winding wires /strips of copper or aluminium shall be measured and paid seperately. 2. Spares like Breather assembly, Temp Gauge, LT Bushing, HT Bushing, Top up of new Transformer oil shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items. 3. Dehydration and filteration of existing oil shall be measured and paid separately. 4. Transportation of transformer if required ( to & fro) is deemed to be included. 5. Labour component for fixing of supply only items is deemed to be included in the rate quoted.

Supply only new HV/LV enamelled copper winding wire/strips of superior quality of suitable gauge and number of turns of any make, type and capacity including cork sheet, fibre glass insulation / paper insulation / cotton ampire tape, varnishing and wooden blocks, bolts, nuts and washers (Brass) soldering and other packing materials etc., all as specified and directed.

Re-conditioning of HT/ LT coil of transformer copper wound made out of super enamelled insulated copper strip as per existing gauge and number of turns of any make, type and capacity including insulating, binding varnishing and backing as required complete all as specified and directed.

Ovening/ heating of transformer of core rating 63 KVA to 500 KVA of with HV&LV coil / winding at steady temperature for up 72 hrs or above to get permissible insulation value complete all as specified and directed

Supply only in replacement of HT 11 KV bushes porcelain, vitreous with brass spindle, threaded with washers, nuts, lock nut and rubber seal suitable up to 100 KVA transformer of any make / type / size all as specified and directed.

Description all as per Item No.48 here in before but suitable for transformer of capacity 125 KVA to 400 KVA

Supply only in replacement of LT bushes 415 volts, porcelain, vitreous with brass spindle, threaded with washers, nuts, lock nut and rubber seal suitable upto 100 KVA transformer of any make / type / size all as specified and directed.

M&L for Arresting of leakage of transformer fins by brazing / welding etc, after removing of oil from inside of transformer and refilling of oil by opening top cover of transformer of capacity upto 400KVA complete all as specified and directed.
