Supply, laying, jointing and testing LT cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminum conductor, 1100 volts Earthed grade of cross-sectional area 70 sqmm 3.5 core laid in ducts/ along poles/ through pipe etc including provision of new aluminum lugs wherever required including taking down/ up old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per item No 1 here-in-before but 50 sqmm, 3.5 core.

S & F in replacement MCCB, four pole, 100 Amp, 415 volts, 50 Hz breaking capacity not less than 16 kA with fixed thermal and fixed magnetic setting with spreader links, Ics = 100% of Icu complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S & F in replacement MCCB, four pole, 63 Amp, 415 volts, 50 Hz, breaking capacity not less than 16 kA with fixed thermal and fixed magnetic setting with spreader links, Ics = 100% of Icu complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S & F in replacement MCB, TPN, 40 Amps, 240 volts, having breaking capacity 10 kA, 'C' characterstic complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of recess mounted round LED downlight white with aluminium die cast housing in white powder coating, system wattage not more than 12 watt (lumen output not less than 1080 lumen), power factor more than 0.9, with surge protection device minimum 2KV, colour temperature not less than 5700K, LED driver with constant output voltage and current at input voltage of 140 Volt to 285 Volt AC at 50 Hz, CRI more than 70, glarefree, no UV radiation light fitting and making connections with PVC insulated copper conductor 3 core cable of 0.5 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in replacement of indoor decorative extruded aluminium anodised housing/ CRCA sheet steel coated housing (suitably coated to improve resistance against corrosion) LED batten type luminaire (LED batten shall be prewired box type minimum depth of box shall be 25mm except holder) retrofit solution with and including replaceable retrofit cool day white LED tube rod with well designed aluminium heat sink/ aluminium housing for excellent heat dissipation; 2 feet (appx) size, high efficiency electronic driver, system wattage not more than 10 watt (lumen output not less than 1000 lumen), power factor more than 0.9, with surge protection device minimum 2KV, colour temperature not less than 5700K, LED driver with constant output voltage and current at input voltage of 140 Volt to 285 Volt AC at 50 Hz, CRI more than 80, glarefree, no UV radiation light fitting with wall mounting arrangement and making connections with PVC insulated copper conductor 3 core cable of 0.5 sqmm including taking down old unserviceable light fitting complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L earthing complete with copper plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 3.15mm thick surrounded by charcoal & salt buried directly in a pit of depth not less than 2.25 m below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.50m below ground level, connected to and including copper strip 20mm x 3mm as earthing lead upto 7.5m length by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts & washers of copper, earth strip protected by galvanized steel pipe 40 mm bore (light grade) & connected to earthing test point/ main control board/ panel/ transformer including necessary excavation & earth work, disposal of surplus soil not exceeding 50m, in any type of soil. (The rate also includes for cost of charcoal & salt in alternate layers of 15 cm thickness, 20 mm bore GI pipe (medium grade) for watering, funnel, wiremesh, PCC chamber in cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1, 40mm thick RCC(1:2:4) type B-1 cover including 6mm steel bars @ 15cm centre to centre & frame etc) complete all as indicated in electric plate No 3 of SSR 2020 Part I including testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Note :- (a) Earthing result/ data sheet will be prepared by the Contractor and submitted to Engineer-in-Charge. Earth resistance shall be to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge and contractor will make all arrangements & provisions to get the desired reduction of resistance by artificial treatment/ replacement of soil etc at no extra cost to department. (b) GI protection pipe 40mm bore for earth lead shall be measured & paid for separately. (c) Copper earth strip beyond 7.5m shall be measured and paid for separately.

M & L 20 mm x 3 mm copper strip with saddles and fixing screws etc. for earth continuity/ main earthing/ roof conductors/ loop earthing and down conductors above/ burried in ground/ on poles with insulators/ wall / drawn in pipe or in any other situation including riveting, soldering or brazing of jointing including taking down old unserviceable strip complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L 25mm x 3mm aluminium strip with saddles and fixing screws etc. for earth continuity/ main earthing/ roof conductors/ loop earthing and down conductors above/ burried in ground/ on poles with insulators/ wall / drawn in pipe or in any other situation including riveting, soldering or brazing of jointing including taking down old unserviceable strip complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L earthing complete with galvanized steel plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm surrounded by charcoal & salt buried directly in a pit of depth not less than 2.25m below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.50m below ground level, connected to and including GI earth wire 4mm dia. upto 7.5m length by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts & washers of galvanized iron, earth wire protected by galvanized steel pipe & connected to main control board including necessary excavation & earth work, disposal of surplus soil not exceeding 50m, in any type of soil. (The rate also includes for cost of charcoal & salt in alternate layers of 15 cm thickness, 20 mm bore GI pipe (medium grade) for watering, funnel, wiremesh, PCC chamber in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1, 40mm thick RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 cover including 6mm steel bars @ 15cm centre to centre & frame etc) complete all as indicated in electric plate No 3 of SSR 2020 Part I including testing complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 40 mm bore tube "light grade" galvanized, with all fittings, laid in trenches or fixed along poles with mild steel clamps or protection to GI earth strip/ cable, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 15mm bore tube "light grade" galvanized, with all fittings, laid in trenches or fixed along poles with mild steel clamps or protection to GI earth wire/ strip/cable, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Comprehensive maintenance of 01 (One) passenger lifts (cap 544 Kg/ 08 Person at Command HQ Bldg) by service engineers/ technically qualified teams from respective OEMs and attending the breakdown of lifts in case of any problem during working hours, Rep of the OEM will carry out a comprehensive maintenance testing and will submit a certificate to this effect to the contractor, the monthly comprehensive testing certificate shall be submitted by the contractor to the Engineer-in-Charge for record while claiming payments. M & L for Comprehensive maintenance of 02 (Two) passenger (cap 680 Kg/ 10 Person at Command HQ Bldg) by service engineers/ technically qualified teams from respective OEMs and attending the breakdown of lifts in case of any problem during working hours, Rep of the OEM will carry out a comprehensive maintenance testing and will submit a certificate to this effect to the contractor, the monthly comprehensive testing certificate shall be submitted by the contractor to the Engineer-in-Charge for records while claiming payments. M & L for Comprehensive maintenance of 01 (One) passenger/ goods lifts (cap 1360 Kg/ 20 Person at Command HQ Bldg) by service engineers/ technically qualified teams from respective OEMs and attending the breakdown of lifts in case of any problem during working hours, Rep of the OEM will carry out a comprehensive maintenance testing and will submit a certificate to this effect to the contractor, the monthly comprehensive testing certificate shall be submitted by the contractor to the Engineer-in-Charge while claiming payments. M & L for Comprehensive maintenance of 02 (Two) passenger/goods lifts (cap 680 Kg/10 Person at Command HQ Bldg) by service engineers/technically qualified teams from respective OEMs and attending the breakdown of lifts in case of any problem during working hours, Rep of the OEM will carry out a comprehensive maintenance testing and will submit a certificate to this effect to the contractor, the monthly comprehensive testing certificate shall be submitted by the contractor to the Engineer-in-Charge while claiming payments. Note (For Srl Item No 15 to 18 above):- The comprehensive maintenance will also include checking entire system as per manufacturer's maintenance manual such as checking all parts for serviceablility, repairing / replacement/ adjustment of the following : - (a) Repair/ renew all wire ropes, pully and chains (where fitted) as required to maintain an adequate factor of safety, to equalize the tension on all hoisting ropes, repair or replace conductor cable with all fittings like pully etc and hoistway and machine room elevator wiring. (b) Examining, adjusting and repairing Machine Worm Gear, Thrust Bearings, Drive sheave, Drive sheave bearings, Brake Contact, Linings and components. (c) Examining and repairing Motor, Motor Generator, Motor Windings, Rotating Elements, Commentator, Brushes, Brush Holders, Bearings, Coils, Resistance for operating and Motor circuits, Magnet Frames and other Mechanical parts.

(g) Examining and repairing Deflector or secondary sheave, Bearings, Car and counterweight guide rails and buffers, top and bottom limit switches, Governor Tension sheave Assembly, Compensation sheave Assembly, Car counterweight and counterweight guide shoes including rollers or Gibs. (h) Examining and repairing Interlocks on Hoistway door, Hoistway door hangers, Guides, Automatic Power operated door operator, Car door hanger, Car Door contact, safety shoe, load weighing equipment, Car Frame, Car safety mechanism and platform. (j) Providing lubricants compounded to respective OEMs stringent specifications. (k) Examining periodically all safety devices and governors and make all customary safety tests. (l) All items required pertaining to repair/ replacement of these lifts shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates except items covered under ser No 19 to 26. No claim whatsoever will be admissible in this regard.

(m) The contractor shall be submitted the memorandum of understanding (MoU) of minimum 100 Rs stamp paper duly notarized with original Equipment Manufactuer (OEM) i.e. ThyssenKrupp Elevators India Pvt Ltd and OTIS Elevator Co. India Ltd within 15 days of acceptance of tender, failing which the contract will be liable to be cancellled under condition 54 of IAFW-2249. Maintanance shall be carried out under OEM overall supervision direction/ instruction. (n) Contractor will conclude AMC with OEM and copy of the agreement will be submitted to Engr-in-Charge and GE before commencement of AMC. No payment will be made to contractor without submission of valid AMC agreement. (o) Rep of OEM shall submit a monthly comprehensive testing certificate to the contractor, the monthly comprehensive testing certificate shall be submitted by the contractor to the Engineer-in-Charge withle claiming payments.

PENALTY CHARGES (For Srl Item No 15 to 18 above):- (a) Within 14 days of date of commencement mentioned in work order No 1, contractor shall ensure that all the lifts checked by the rep of respective OEM for comprehensive maintenance testing and system should be in working condition, all the parts of the lift should be in good conditions and a certificate to this effect shall be submitted by the OEMs and further submitted by the contractor to the Engineer-in-Charge. (b) On breakdown of the lift, action for rectification of defect/ fault by the OEM within 12Hrs, if not attended the complaint penalty @ Rs 5000 per day will be recovered from contractor dues.

Supply & fixing maintenance free Battery 12V, 17/ 18AH with 36 months warranty for ARD for existing lifts including all necessary electrical connections complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make- Exide/ luminous/ Amaron or equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply & fixing car fan guarding as per sample suitable for 8/ 13 passenger existing lifts complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix in repair auto attendant control function in COP including all accessories and control wiring suitable for Thyssenkrupp Elevator India / OTIS lifts complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix in repair hall button (duplex) Mbr with display G floor including all accessories and control wiring suitable for Thyssenkrupp Elevator India / OTIS lifts complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix in repair hall button (duplex) Mbr with display Top floor including all accessories and control wiring suitable for Thyssenkrupp Elevator India/ OTIS lifts complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix in repair hall button (duplex) Mbr with display middle floors including all accessories and control wiring suitable for Thyssenkrupp Elevator India /OTIS lifts complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down and supply & fixing cabin light 5/ 6 watt round type 12mm dia for lifts complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Repair/ replacement of cabin Flooring, will be carried out by the OEM or the authorized dealer all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Notes for item No 19 to 26: (i) All accessories and all type of T&P, PCC work and B/R works, required for completion of job shall be the responsibility of the contractor. Charges for the same shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates. (ii) The repair will be carried out by the OEM or the authorized dealer carrying out the repair should have an MOU with the OEM.
