REPAIR/ MAINT OF DG SETS, VOLTAGE STABILIZER AND OTHER CONNECTED WORKS AT RANGIA AND CHANGSARI MIL STN UNDER GE RANGIA

M&L for carrying periodical maintenance of DG set of any capacity ( 10 to 30 KVA ) at various location, check as per recommendations of manufacturer including replacement of necessary filters any type such as oil filters, fuel filters, screen filter, Eng lubricating oil, topping up radiator coolent and battery water etc. all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note 1. Periodicity/ location of the DG set shall be intimated by the Engr-in-charge as and when required. 2. Work shall be carried out at site at different installation.

All as per serial item No 01 above but for 40 to 63 KVA DG Set

All as per serial item No 01 above but for 75 to 100 KVA DG Set

All as per serial item No 01 above but for capacity 160 KVA DG Set

M & L for FIP & Nozzle repairing as per standard calibration procedure and norms for DG set of capacity above 10 KVA and upto 30 KVA including pressure cleaning of fuel nozzles , replacement of minor spares, gasket etc and refixing serviceable items including transportation the pump set from site to workshop and workshop to site alongwith testing at site complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No 05 above but for 40 to 63 KVA DG Set

All as per serial item No 05 above but for 75 to 100 KVA DG Set

Supply and fixing of battery charger from the DG set carefully and fitting of charger kit for DG set of capacity 40KVA and upto 63 KV and testing for smooth functioning complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No 08 above but for 75 to 100 KVA DG Set

M& L for unsv self starter from DG set of capacity 10 to 40 KVA for repair and servicing of the self starter including replacement/rewinding of commutator, carbon brush set with holder king pin holder, armature, choke nut body screen clutch plate assembly and solenoid coil etc incl transportation of the same from site to workshop and workshop to site alongwith testing at site complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No 10 above but for 63 KVA DG Set

All as per serial item No 10 above but for 75 KVA DG Set

M&L for replacing of water hose kit for radiator of DG set of capacity upto 40 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per serial item No 13 above but for capacity more than 40 KVA to 75 KVA DG Set

M&L for replacing of water hose for radiator with clamp complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for removing radiator from engine, cleaning and descaling the tanks and fins, reparing the fins / blocking the leaking fins, refixing the same to engine, filling with new coolant to the capacity of radiator, testing complete for DG set of capacity 100 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per serial item No 16 above but for 62.5/63 KVA DG Set

M&L for preparation of old painted body surface of 10 to 30 KVA DG set and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint as per colour code to the body of DG set and alternator and red colour to the belt guard including writing MES/SM Nos complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No 19 above but for 40 to 75 KVA DG Set

M&L for cleaning of fuel tank of any capacity by draining out diesel and cleaning internally with the help of cleaning agent and compressed air , drain out the sludge/foreign matter deposited inside the diesel tank of DG set from 10 to 30 KVA capacity complete complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair acid lead battery, for DG set, 12V/100AH complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for servicing the control pannel of DG sets of 62.5/63 KVA cleaning and adjusting the time setting, cleaning the contact, setting the relays, meters etc and making for smooth functioning of the panel complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per serial item No 26 above but for 75 to 100 KVA DG Set

M&L for repair to alternater complete by dismantling and cutting winding, cleaning, polishing, welding work and re-winding with suitable size and gauge of copper enamelled winding wire complete greasing, replacement of carbon brush, varneshing etc and testing after repair of 10 to 30 KVA DG Set including testing after repair complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for repair to AC servo voltage stabilizer by removing burnt out entire copper winding from coils and rewinding of the same coil with super enameled copper wire of appropriate gauge as per original including providing insulation paper, cotton tape, varnishing heating,copper lugs,and nuts and bolts etc and reassembling and testing complete all as specified and directed of capacity 100 KVA voltage stabilizer

M & L for repair to AC servo voltage stabilizer by removing burnt out entire copper winding from coils and rewinding of the same coil with super enameled copper wire of appropriate gauge as per original including providing insulation paper, cotton tape, varnishing heating,copper lugs,and nuts and bolts etc and reassembling and testing complete all as specified and directed of capacity 300 KVA voltage stabilizer

M&L for topping up of transformer oil of dielectric strength more than 50KV in servo voltage stabilizer all as specified and directed.

M & L for repair to AC voltage stabilizer by removing burnt out entire copper winding from coils and rewinding of the same coil with super enameled copper wire of appropriate gauge as per original including providing insulation paper, cotton tape, varnishing heating, reassembling, and testing complete all as specified and directed of capacity 3.0 KVA to 5.0 KVA voltage stabilizer, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for minor repair of Voltage Stabilizer of 3 to 5 KVA Capacity of any MAKE including replace-ment of Relay, Capacitors, Switches, Voltmeters and Testing, etc., complete all as specified and as directed. (MAKE of spare parts- Havells/ L&T/ Siemens/ as existing)
