M&L for 150 mm spread thickness for soling (or sub base) with broker boulders or quarried stone, inter stices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber

M&L for 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM (in two layers of 75 mm thick each), with coarse aggregates of granite of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required with exceeding 8 tonne but not exceeding 12 tonne power roller.

M&L for bituminous premixed semi-dense asphaltic concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content using paving bitumen of grade VG 30 penetration by weight of total mix laid using mechanical paver, rolled and compacted by using power vibrator roller 8 to 12 tonne capacity to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed. Note: For design purpose min. binder content was specified as 5.5% for VG-30 grade bitumen and it shall not reduce under any circumstances. During design stage if binder content exceeds 5.5% no extra payment shall be made to contractor for excess use of binder.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick moorum/red bajri spread, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber as in berms complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for marking 2.5 mm thick, not exc 100 mm width road marking paint as in centre line, stop line, dashes, arrows, brackets and similar work on road surfaces as per IRC pattern with thermo plastic paint of approved quality and make with 8% glass beads laid at temperature 160 Degree celsius with a special applicator machine complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and traffic diversion arrangement. M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type -D-2 (40 mm graded aggregate) as in sub base, sub floor, floors and pavings.

M&L for 300x300x25 mm thick PVC moulded chequered cement concrete coloured glossy tiles (conforming to IS: 13801-2013 and ISI marked) with grey cement and pigments, set and jointed in neat cement slurry in floors and pointed with coloured cement to mach the shade and laying over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed. S&F 800 mm dia road safety convex mirror, fixed with 50 mm dia GI pipe light grade, standard length, out of that 450 mm minimum length shall be embedded in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) including excavation of pit of min size 300x300x450 mm complete all as specified and directed. Make: 3M, Mr Illumination, Dark eye, Aktion. Note: Earth work excavation, PCC and GI pipe shall not be measured and paid seperately and is deemed to be included in quoted rate.

M&L for repair to potholes depth not exc 30 mm, not exc 1 Sq.m each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, path, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth (depth of potholes not exc 30 mm), making good by applying tack coat with bituminous primer @ 5 Kg per 10 Sq.m, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 Kg per 10 Sq.m, blinded with 0.09 Cu.m of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings) using paving bitumen VG-30 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exc 400 sqm and exc 50 mm but not exc 100 mm deep and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen @ 10 kg per 10 sq.m using paving bitumen VG 30 complete all as specified and directed.
