Annual Comprehensive Maintenance of Eureka Forbes make AG-200 commercial UV Based three stage Water Purification System including three mandatory services in a year alongwith cleaning & back flushing of all filters, repair /replacement of all electrical and electronic spare parts i/c replacement consumables like Sediment Filter, Carbon Filter, attending complaints within 24 working hrs complete with overhauling and servicing etc. as reqd (Qty = 04 nos.- 1 job) as per inventory attached.

Comprehensive Annual Maintenance of 1000 LPH RO Plant i/c twelve mandatory services in a year cleaning of all filters, repair / repair / replacement of all electrical and electronic spare part, Repairing of High Pressure Pump, Raw Water Pump, Control Panel, and replacement of like Spun Micron Filters every month, Providing Antiscalant Dosing Chemical, once in a year Membrane cleaning/replacement as if any required, Media as/ if any required, Attending complaints within 24 working hours with complete overhauling and servicing etc. (Dismantled Shall be retained with contractor. (Qty 01 Nos.-1 job).

Maintenance of Water coolers of capacities 150/150 i/c cleaning of Water cooler Storage tank body and condensing Unit except Gas Charging., repairing of Liquid condensing coil, relay, Thermostat etc. without compressor unit. (Qty 4 Nos.-1 job)

Supply and charging of refrigerant Gas R 134a / R-22 in existing Water Coolers with inbuiilt purifier after pressure testing leak detection and rectified the breakage (if any) testing and commissioning complete as reqd.

Supply and replacement of following Spares /consumables wich are not covered under scope of maintenance of above machines / or after one time replacement including connections, leaktesting etc. as & when required to enhance the life of water purification systems. dismantled shall retained by the contractor. a) Water Level Monitoring System (Automated switching Device)

b) Push type Chrome patted Brass Tap for water cooler

c) 10" Particulate /Sediment/Pre-Filter

d) Pre/Post Carbon Filter 10"

Supply and replacement of following defective spares in exsting machines at various locations including connections, leak testing etc. as required to enhance the life of water purification systems:- a) Compressor Unit of Water Cooler

b) Condensing Unit of Water cooler

c) Fan Motor of Water cooler

d) Thermostat of water cooler

e) RO Membrane 4x40 for RO Plant
