Providing & Fixing of Mineral Fibre Acoustical Suspended Ceiling System with Bevelled/ Tegular EDGE TILES WITH 15mm Exposed GRID. The tiles should have Humidity Resistance (RH) of 99%, NRC 0.7, Light Reflectance ≥85%, Thermal Conductivity k = 0.052 - 0.057 w/m K, Colour White, Fire Performance UK Class 0 / Class 1 (BS 476 pt - 6 &7) in module size of 600 x 600 x 20mm , suitable for Green Building application, with Recycled content of 54%. Taking down the existing serviceable point wiring with its fittings & fixtures & refixing the same complete including necessary plug, screw, washers accesseries etc & making good the disturbed surface to match with the existing & testing for its servicability all as specified and directed.

Disconnected and insulate electric supply wire and taking down carefully ceiling fan 1200mm of any make dismantiling blades, servicing opening up of fan, motor cleaning stator, rotor, cleaning of all parts greasing oiling of bushes and bearing reassembling, refixing and testing for smooth functioning for celling fan/exhaust fan, including replacement of 0.5 sqmm 3 core copper conducter flexible cable connected from ceiling rose to fan complete all as specified & as directed

Outer casing of system consists of four C-ribbed section bars, bordered and riveted with excellent mechanical, electrical and heat loss efficiency. The sheetmetal is made of hot galvanized steel 1.5mm thick having degree of protection IP55. Supply and install hi wall split AC units indoor/ outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit and with in built air ioniser for better indoor air quality with 5 star rating and EER 3.2 of capacity 1.5TR complete including fixing arrangement brackets etc at location as directed at any height with grouting nuts, bolts etc and making connection of refrigerant pipe line from blower unit to condensor unit by providing insulating material, welding/ brazing of pipe line complete all as specified and directed.

( G ) COMPRESSED AIR

Dismantiling & Taking down the existing compressed air pipe line of any size including valves, filters etc. carfully and keeping in safe custudy for issue under schedule of credit and making good disturbed surface all as specified.

Supplying laying and jointing to 80mm dia MS tubing Heavy grade suitable for 6 to 8 Kg/sq cm working pressure together with all tube fittings such as bends, elbows, Tees, short pieces, connectors, diminishing pieces, caps and plugs union, flanges etc , in trenches/floor or fixed to wall & ceiling including welding screwing and flanged jointing necessary clamps, saddles etc including one coat of primer and two coats of anticorrosive bituminus paint complete all as specified and as directed Note: (i) Net length as laid shall be measured along the centre line of the pipe inclusive of the tube fittings mentioned above. (ii)Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid for separetly.

Design, supply, erection & commissioning, manufacturing & testing of overhead traverse crane 05 tonne capacity, girder confirming to relevant IS, limit switches and control panels DSL, rail welded and 'X' ray checking of welding including wiring with multi core copper flexible cable & main switch fuse unit of required capacity alongwith push button station operated from ground , 'fail to safe' type, brakes, Track wheels of suitable alloys for crane complete with all accessories and fixture, includingsub main wiring of suitable size of copper conductor with copper insulated as earth wire drawn in & including MS steel conduit with wire drawn in with accessories from main DB/ Panel to crane control panel, including painted with one coat of red oxide and two coat of epoxy paints, hook height 7.2m complete all as specified and directed.
