Dismantling A.C. Sheet roofing including ridges, hips, valleys, gutters etc. stacking the serviceable materials and disposal of un-serviceable materials up to any lead as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing 0.60mm (zero point six zero millimetre) thick prepainted steel sheets in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RMP) organic coating of 20 micron (twenty micron) over 5 microns (five micron) primer coating and back coat of polyster of 5 microns (five micron) over 5 microns (five micron) primer coating of TATA / SAIL/ RELIANCE/ ZINDAL STEEL including fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm (six millimetre) dia metre with prepainted limpet washers complete with all accesories as required including all taxes, carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as per specification or as per the direction of the engineer-in-chief and other incidentals.

Dismantling tiled floors laid in mortar upto floor two level including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of un-serviceable materials up to any lead (wooden/concrete joists to be measured and paid for separately) as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge and other incidentals.

Providing and laying vibro hydraulic compressed and polished precast terrazo tiles 25mm (twenty five millimetre) thick of 300mm X 300mm (three hundred millimetre into thre hundred millimetre) size of NTC or equivalent ISI marked No. 1237 with 70% (seventy percent) white cement and 30% (thirty percent) grey cement with marble chips ratio of 55% (fifty five percent) white and 15% (fifteen percent) each of green, yellow and maroon shade of specified sizes having chips 0,B & 2B in Ratio of 50%, 25%, 25% laid in floors, treads of steps and landings on a bed of 25mm (twenty five millimetre) average thicknes of cement mortar 1:6 (one cement isto six sand) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles (where ever required) including rubbing and polishing complete including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as per specification or as per the direction of the engineer-in-chief and other incidentals.The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Repairs to plaster in patches of 2.50 Sqm ( two point five zero square metre) and under and 10 to 15mm ( ten to fifteen millimetre) thick including cutting the patch in proper shape and replastering the surface of the wall in cement mortar 1:6 ( one cement isto six sand) including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground up to any lead & lift as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge and other incidentals.

Supplying and fixing 4 mm ( four millimetre) thick glass panes with putty and nails including removal of broken glass panes wherever necessary as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing galvanised M.S. wire gauge of I.S. gauge designation No. 140 g ( oe hundred forty gauge) todoors, window and clerestory windows with wire of dia 0.71 mm ( zero point seven one millimetre) instead of I.S. gauge designation no. 85 g with wire of dia 0.56 mm ( zero point five six millimetre) including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as per specification or as per the direction of the engineer-in-chief and other incidentals.The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing 4 mm thick (four millimetre) ply of actiontesa /kit wood ceiling of approved quality with butt jointing and nails (frame work and cover fillets to be paid for separately) as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Applying Birla white wall care putty over plastered surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust loose materials and other foreign matter sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Finishing walls with Apex weather proof exterior grade emulsion of Asian paint or exterior emulsion of NAROLAC SURKSHA as per approved shade on undecorated wall surface (two or more coats) to give an even shade and final finish after thoroughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc. including sand paper smooth complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Wall painting (two or more coats) with acrylic emulsion paint of Asian / Narolac approved brand and manufacture for interior grade on undecorated concrete/stone/plastered wall surfaces to give an even shade including thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth including applying of putty a required for metling the surface as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat)on new wood and wood based surface under coat with enamel and finishing coating with flat oil paint,brushing to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt,dust and other foreign matter,sand papering and stopping as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .
