Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Bidder shall pay Contract Management Module processing fees of 0.025% of the contact value (Min Rs.500/- & Max Rs.7500/-) soon after contract has been issued to bidder.

Corrigendums modifications correction if any will be published in the website only.

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid Electrical License for executing building electrificatio works and should have executed similar electrical works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Acceptence / Cancellation of the works are reserved by under signed without any reasons for the same..

All the scanned documents pertaining to bidder to be uploaded shall be in original and same originals should be produced to the Executive Engineer (at the time of Technical Bid Opening) who reserves right to verify the orginal documents before approval.

To qualify for award of this contract, each tenderer should give all details and documents as per Technical and Financial bid attached to this tender.

The bidder is required to ensure browser compatibility of the computer well in advance to the last date and time for receipt of tenders. The departments shall not be responsible for non-accessibility of e-Procurement portal due to internet connectivity issues and technical glitches at bidders end.

All the materials to be utilized for the work must be tested in authorised labs and quality control test reports must be enclosed to the bills. All types of pipes and pumping machineries with Accessories and other materials must be tested by third party agencys. Cost of all QU tests must born by contractor

If any date in the tender time table is government holiday, next working date will be considered

Incomplete / conditional tenders will not be accepted.

The rates of items are inclusive of cost of materials, labour charges, HOM of machinery, all lead and lifts and all other charges to complete the work successfully as per specifications and as directed by engineer in charge of work

Any objection regarding the tender must be submitted directly to Executive Engineer , not in inward.

For interpretations of clauses, conditions, spelling mistakes, etc., decision of Executive Engineer, RDW&S, Belgaum is final. and Binding

Bidder should Submit only unconditional Line of Credit in the prescribed format only from the Bank

Third party consults may be engaged for checking quality and quantity of work and to prevent any misuse. proper reporting methods trough these agencies and their comments to be reviewed addressed immediately at district level. quality of work is of most importance.

As per Karnatka State Government order LD/300/LET/2006 Blore dated 01.01.07 and Government letter No.PW/134/BMS/2007 dated 27.07.07, a sum amounting to 1% of the bill amount will be deducted towards constructions labour welfare Fund. & Royalty on construction materials and other taxes will be deducted as per prevailing Govt Orders

Materials like pipe, CI pipe, cement aggregate sand etc., required for the work shall be procured by the tenderer themselves and shall be of standered quality as per IS specifications and should get tested by the quality control authority before used to the work at his own cost.

The work should be carried out in accordance with the standard specifications specified by the department.

The work should be executed strictly as per the tender specification mentioned. Contractor should arrange for quality check at different stage of work for quality assurance as per direction of Engineer-in-charge during the work in progress and after completion. If any failures found the cost will be recovered from the contractor and will be recommended for black listing immediately.

All safety precautions, warning signs, night illumination, reflectors, deployment of security guards has to be ensured so that no untoward incident happens on account of negligence or any project activity. Contractor should indemnify the client to that extent

Royalty on construction materials and other taxes will be deducted as per prevailing Govt Orders.

Tenderers must have valid PWD registration and must submit PWD registration copy Class III & above

Achieved in at least ONE financial yearsa minimum financial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) of Rs.44.25 Lakhs(The Consolidated Annual Financial turnover certificate for the relevant financial years certified by an ICAI registered Chartered Accountant along with UDIN number (also the audited financial statements for each of the financial years to be submitted). The certificate should be affixed with the seal of the office of the Chartered Accountant with the registration number and duly notarized by Notary Public.).

The Tenderer should submit the Unconditional line of credit from Banker of a nationalized Bank / Scheduled Bank / liquid assets amounting to 30% of tender price. i.e. of Rs.13.28Lakhs.

The Contract of party shall visit the Balance work site along with the AEE Khanapur and Submit the Joint Inspection Report along with other required documents for the agreement
