M&L for rewinding with supper enameled double paper covered copper strip wire for HV (11/0.433KV) winding having existing size and giving proper insulation and de-moisturizing before assembling the winding core and including primary testing ratio testing, no load testing core insulation testing and setting connection of tape changer including taking out UNSV winding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rewinding with supper enameled double paper covered copper strip wire for LV (11/0.433KV) winding having existing size and giving proper insulation and de-moisturizing before assembling the winding core and including primary testing, ratio testing, no load testing core insulation testing and setting connection of tape changer including taking out UNSV winding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

Shifting of transformer upto 100 KVA between Dhar Road Garrison and Jindrah 15 FAD and back by transporation in safe custody including loading and unloading from foundation complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Rate for hiring of crane and required T & P are deemed under relevant item.

Shifting of transformer 150 KVA to 500 KVA between Dhar Road Garrison and Jindrah 15 FAD and back by transporation in safe custody including loading and unloading from foundation complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Rate for hiring of cranes are deemed under relevant item.

Shifting of transformer upto 100 KVA between Dhar Road Garrison and Samnabanj/RC Peak and back by transporation in safe custody including loading and unloading from foundation complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Rate for hiring of cranes are deemed under relevant item.

De-hydration/filtration of transformer oil by hiring on line filtration plant to achieve di-electric strength not less than minimum 50 KV including following services :- (i) Removal of all suspended particles such as dust, rust, scales, collided carbon oxidation sludge etc upto <1 micron. (ii) De-hydration of transformer oil under vaccum. (iii) Circulation of heated oil and filling of treated oil in transfomer tank. (iv) Top up the transformer oil upto the level. Note :- (a) Contractor shall use the vehicle mounted filtration plant with new suitable size heavy duty hose pipe. (b) The transformer oil required for replacing/top up shall be measured and paid separately .

M&L for filling/topping of new transformer oil having di-electric strength not less than 60 KV complete including centrifuging of oil (if required) upto getting di-electric strength not less than 60 KV all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : Power Oil /Castrol and Equivalent approved by GE.

Supply and filling in existing breather by new silica gel of superior quality for air breather of transformer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earthing as per IS-3043 with glavanised steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6.0 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal groound level connected to galvanized iron wire 4 mm dia (8 SWG) as earthing lead protected by GI pipe medium grade 15mm bore for protection of GI earth wire and 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering with alternate layers of charcoal/coke and salt including all accessories like nut, bolts, reducer, nipple, wire meshed/screened funnel and making brick masonry finished chamber of internal size 300mm x 300mm x 300mm with concerete base, covered with PCC cover which shall be be embedded in the block masonry including excavation works, refilling, connected to LA/Steel pole complete all as specified and as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I and testing of earth resistance as required all as specified and as directed including taking down old unserviceable earthing and all accessories

Note :- The units rate including the cost of excavation and earth work in any type of soil, charcoal and salt in alternate layers, 20mm GI pipe (light grade) for watering 40mm GI protection pipe (medium grade) funnel wire mesh PCC chamber in PCC 1;3;6 type C-1 cast iron frame and 40mm thick RCC cover for pit etc and no extra payment will be made.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using graded aggregate as in coping of reconstruction old damaged copings etc, including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for painting to surfaces of any description, new or previously untreated surface, with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying 63mm nominal size Graded Coarse Aggregate and aggregate shall be measured net, in compact stacks, prepared on level ground all as specified and as directed.

Inspection, Preventive maintenance, repair and testing of 11 VCB/OCB Panel with breaker as under :- (a) Cleaning of all chambers in panel like breaker, bus bar, spout etc by CRC. (b) Tightness, cleaning of all hardwares in all chambers. (c) Greasing of all mechnical interlocks and breaker mechanishm, movable parts. (d) Applying in isolating contact, spout connections. (e) Rack-in-Rack-out operation and setting. (f) Setting of wheel assembly of breakers. (g) ON/OFF and Snatch gap setting. Note :- Inspection, maint, repair and testing of VCB/OCB rates are included in the same item. Spare parts of VCB to be measured and paid separately as supply only items. Make of existing VCB/OCBs are CG, Areva, ABB, Schenider, seimens, L&T etc.

Make :- L&T-MC61AnX or equivalent of Simense, ABB, Havells.

Calibration of Digital/IDMT protective relays of HT panel (OCB/VCB's) as per load pattern, by preparing data sheet of existing electric load from each sub stations, re-programming input data into relays (OCHS, EFHS, OCLS, EFLS, CTR, TDS etc) complete testing by injecting current in CT primary and measure secondary current at 11 KV, control and relay panel for metering, protection relay plug settings intended in service through current injection in CT primary and ratio including complete polarity test complete all as specified and directed.
