Disconnection of old existing bay wise bus isolator with specified conductor in 'Y' shape from the moose bus at the height of 5 Mtrs and existing interconnecting jumpers of existing main bus and jack bus. The work included opening/cutting of 33 KV main bus conductor & all associate work to complete the job. In 33KV switchyard.
Dismantling of old existing single moose bus conductor of disconnected bus section from the gun/tension fitting at the height of 5 Mtrs (approx) and safely lowering down the conductors and the disc insulators avoiding any damage to disc insulators or any other equipments ( main bus length approx 22 Mtrs x 3 conductor x 1 bus) in 33KV switchyard.
Dismantling of old existing single panther bus conductor of disconnected jack bus section from the gun/tension fitting at the height of 7 Mtrs & 5 Mtrs (approx) and safely lowering down the conductor and the disc insulators avoiding any damage to disc insulators or any other equipment (jack bus length approx 20 Mtrs x 3 conductor + 10 Mtrs x 3 conductor) in 33KV switchyard.
Stringing of 3 phase 33 KV main single moose bus bar of 22 Mtrs spans. Approx at the height of 5 Mtrs approx with proper sagging of bus. The work include cutting and bending of conductor, fixing of bolted type single tension fitting, suspension hosting of disc insulator, including shifting of material from store site to erection site and all other associate work to complete satisfactorily as per drawing and technical specification in 33 KV switchyard (3 conductor x1 section =3).
Stringing of 3 phase 33 KV jack single panther bus bar of 22 Mtrs + 10 Mtrs spans approx at the height of 5 Mtrs& 7 Mtrs approx respectively with proper sagging of bus. The work include cutting and bending of conductor, fixing of bolted type single tension fitting, suspension hosting of disc insulator, including shifting of material from store site to erection site and all other associate work to complete satisfactorily as per drawing and technical specification in 33 KV switchyard (3 conductor x 2 sections =6).
Connecting jumper of single moose main bus section to main bus section at the gantry at the height of 5 Mtrs (approx) and jack bus to jack bus at the height of 5 & 7 Mtrs. by single moose / panther conductor with P.G. clamps in 33 KV switchyard.
Bay wise interconnection (4 Nos. bays) of bus isolator with specified conductor in 'Y' shape from the twin moose bus at the height of 5 Mtrs, the work included cutting bending of conductor in proper shape clamping with the help of clamps& all associate work to complete the job. In 33KV switchyard.
Proper stacking of old dismantled bus bar conductors having a total length of 54x3 Mtrs. (approx) and other scrap/unused material at store/desired place by engineer/incharge in 33KV switchyard.
