Demolition of stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, separating and stacking the serviceable material and disposing the unserviceable material outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down Chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) area of opening exceeding 1.5 sq m, but not exceeding 4 sq m each all as specified and as directed.

Taking down shutters of any description of area not exceeding 3 Sq m each complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc., and disposing of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound all as specified and as directed.

Walling with Coursed rubble masonry with hard stone (first or second sort), well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM(1:6), in plinth and superstructure upto five floor level including flush/ ruled pointing in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and placing in position precast reinforced cement concrete waffle units, square or rectangular, as per design and shape for floors and roofs in 1:1½:3 (1 Cement : 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 10 mm nominal size derived from natural sources), including flush or deep ruled pointing at joints in Cement mortar 1:2 (1 Cement : 2 Fine sand), making necessary holes of required sizes for carrying through service lines etc., providing steel hooks for lifting etc, form work in precasting, handling, hoisting, centering and erection complete for all floor levels but, excluding the cost of reinforcement.

Supply and fix, 30 mm thick Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails, MS frame shall be covered with heat molded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Paneling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement complete including Solid PVC door frame of size 50 mm x 47 mm made out of 5 mm thick plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, including making good to jambs with cement mortar (1:4) and finished to match with existing surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 35 mm thick plain framed panelled factory made shutters (two panel) with II nd class hardwood rail and style with lock rail and panel of 12 mm BWP commercial ply with commercial veneer on both faces. The size of rail and style as per IS - 1003 Part - I , kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and fixing ISI marked aluminium butt hinges anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS: 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with necessary screws etc of size 100x63x4mm. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Aluminium anodized barrel tower bolts of extruded section, 200x10 mm size complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour, for vitrified tiles flooring with light shade 10mm thick (Square / rectangular) tiles of size 600 x 600 mm, set and jointed in neat cement slurry over and including 5mm thick polymerized (latecrete) on existing tiles and pointed in epoxy grout to match colour of tiles all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour, non-skid Ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Grade B-II a), area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sq m but not exceeding 0.11 sq m, as in flooring, set and pointed in white or coloured cement to match colour of tiles over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour, for 1st quality ceramic coloured tiles, of size 600 x 300 x 8-10 mm thick (Grade B-II a) as in vertical surfaces such as skirting, dado etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles, laid over and including provision of backing coat of 10 mm thick in CM 1:3, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete and including screed bed of 15 mm thick in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Machine cut kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick in risers of steps, skirting, dado and other vertical surfaces over cement back coat laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete and including cement backing coat of 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Chequered cement concrete tile flooring with commercial tiles of size 25 cm x 25 cm x 20 - 25 mm thick/ 30 cm x 30 cm x 20-25 mm thick, with grey cement and pigments, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry, over and including screed bed of 20 mm thick in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 15 mm thick on stone masonry surfaces or surfaces other than fair faces in cement mortar(1:4) and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for, rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on brickwork or concrete surfaces, finishing even and smooth including mixing with water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Supply only water proofing compound will be measured and paid for separately under respective item.

Preparing the new plastering surfaces of walls and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint over a coat of weather coat primer all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment and preparing the ceiling surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment and preparing the surfaces of walls and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint over a coat of weather coat primer all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing factory made P.V.C. door frame of size 50x47 mm with awall thickness of 5 mm, made out of extruded 5mm rigid PVC foam sheet, mitred at corners and joined with 2 Nos of 150 mm long brackets of 15x15 mm M.S. square tube, the vertical door frame profiles to be reinforced with 19x19 mm M.S. square tube of 19 gauge, EPDM rubber gasket weather seal to be provided through out the frame. The door frame to be fixed to the wall using M.S. screws of 65/100 mm size, complete as per manufacturer’s specification and direction of Engineer in-Charge

M&L cleaning the floor surface by presser jet spray and removing all loose dust pertical and Floor painting with two coats of weather coat floor protector paint suitable for exterior cement concrete floors/pavements etc of approved brand to give an even shade including cleaning and preparation of old /new surfaces, all as specified and directed

Supply and fix Plain Sheet glass 4 mm thick, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square not exceeding 0.5 sq. m in each pane all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 15 mm bore Galvanized Iron tubing, medium grade, with all fittings, such as Tee, elbows, sockets, unions, short pieces and application of bituminous paint in concealed portion, fixed to wall/ ceiling or laid on floors, complete all as specified and as directed.

The Quoted rate shall include surface preparation , repair the crack in mother slab by chasing with cutting machine and fill the same with polymerized mortar in CM 1:4 admixed with latex agent of reputed manufacture, making coving at junction bore packing treatment of construction joints completely as per manufacturers specification and direction of the Engr-in-Charge.
