Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor, etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing : (a) 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length ( hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately). Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour. (a)One or more coats on old work.

Cleaning of terrace/loft water storage tank (inside surface area) upto 2000 litre capacity at all heights with coconut brushes, duster etc., removal of silt, rubbish from the tank and cleaning the tank with fresh water disinfecting with bleaching powder @ 0.5gm per litre capacity of tank, including marking the date of cleaning on the side of tank body with the help of stencil and paint and disposing of malba, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (The old date already written on tank should be removed with paint remover or black paint and if date is not written with the stencil or old date is not removed deduction will be made @ Rs. 0.10 per litre if during cleaning any GI fittings or ball cock is damaged that is to be repaired by contractor at his own cost and nothing extra will be paid on this account)

Making connection of G.I. distribution branch with G.I. main of following sizes by providing and fixing tee, including cutting and threading the pipe etc. complete : a)25 to 40 mm nominal bore

Providing and fixing PTMT extension nipple for water tank pipe, fittings of approved quality and colour.a)25mm nominal bore. Weighing not less than 62 gms.

Supplying Fosroc Nitobond SBR latex in sealed container and applying the same mixed with cement slurry in the propertion 1 part of Fosroc Notobond SBR latex : 1 part of water : 3 parts of cement by volume for creating bond between old and new concrete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Cutting and uprooting trees over terrace/parapet wall/head room/out side of departmental building by making necessary scaffolding, taking all care for safety of work personnel and applying chemicals to curb further growth including making good the damages to structures with cement concrete 1:2:4 as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning of manholes alongwith connecting sewer lines including removing the soil, waste, sludge deposits, earth, rubbish etc and disposal of same including flushing with sufficient water all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Mosquito/ insect proof mesh in windows of Netlon or equivalent make as approved by the E-in C, by stapling 20mm or more width Velcro hoop strip on window outer frame ( on the inner side of quarters) and stitching the cut edges of mesh and stitching the velcro fastener strip on its periphery all complete as directed by the E-in C.
