Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (CAMC) of "Greaves Cotton Limited" make 500KVA, 750V DA (Diesel Alternator) sets fitted in power cars of Rajdhani/Duranto/EOG type Express trains including escorting and operation of Power Cars and LSLRD of different rakes originating from Sealdah & Kolkata terminals for one (01) year for Sealdah Division.

Bidder must be OEM only as per RAILWAY BOARD GUIDELINE NO. 2006/ELECT(G)/138/1PT DATED:03.06.2025. Note: •The bidder shall upload certificate of being an OEM of DG sets (500 KVA) ,MAKE -GREAVES installed in Power Cars of Indian Railways.

As per Clause (ii) of 2019/Elect(G)/165/1 New Delhi, dated 22.04.2020 "THE FINANCIAL ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA AS CONTAINED IN GCC 2018 or ANY AMENDMENT THEREAFTER MAY BE DISPENSED WITH IN CASE OF BIDDERS, WHO ARE EITHER OEMS OR SOURCES APPROVED BY RDSO, THIS EXEMPTION SHALL BE EXTENDED TO PUs APPROVED SOURCES ALSO FOR VARIOUS SAFETY/VITAL ITEMS WHICH WERE TRANSFERRED TO PUs VIDE BOARD'S LETTER NO. 2001/RS(G)779/7 dated 07.12.2016." The power of attorney in the name of the person authorized to do all correspondence related to work along with resolution passed by the board of Director, affidavit stating that the tenderer is the sole proprietor of the said firm in case of proprietor firm. Copy of POA (Power of Attorney) may be attached.

Tender Papers: - The intending tenderer is advised to study the Tender papers carefully. The tenderer shall also acquaint himself with the local condition, nature of work and all other matters pertaining there to. The submission of tender shall be deemed to have been done after careful study and examination of the tender papers with a full understanding of the implications thereof. Any information relating to the tender may be obtained from the office of the Sr.Divisional Electrical Engineer/G/SDAH on any working day during the office hours up to 16.00 hrs. Tenderer, if required, may come to the office of Sr.DEE/G/SDAH to understand the scope of work before processing the tender documents.

The successful tenderer will have to execute an agreement containing the Terms & Condition of the work. The Railway Administration reserves the right to reject any tender either in whole or in part without assigning any reason whatsoever. The final acceptance of the tender shall rest with the competent authorities of railway who reserves the right to accept or reject any tender without assigning any reason thereof and does not bind himself to accept the lowest tender only.

This Tender conforms to guidelines in GCC April 2022 and will be in conformity with amendment as made time to time thereafter.For any matters not specifically mentioned in this Tender Paper, the provision of General Condition of Contract (G.C.C. April 2022 or latest) for works as amended from time to time ,will govern this contract mutates mutandis

In case the office remains closed on the date of opening day of tender due to any unforeseen circumstances like bandh, strike, natural calamities, riot and civil commotion etc. The tender will be opened on the next working day at same time and place.

All rates of the items in the Schedules are inclusive of GST (GST Considered as 18%).The GST Act and Rules will be applicable

Any typographical error shall not be construed to be befitting of the Contractor. In such cases the interpretation and decision of Sr. DEE/ G/ SDAH shall be final and binding up on the tenderer

Sr. SEE/TL&AC/CP (IC) is the overall supervision in-charge of the work. Day to day work will be looked after by concerned sectional Sr. SEE/G or JEE/G.
