Dismantling Posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section ,including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground post embedded in concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in -Charge.

Dismantling of fencing wire mesh of any type and size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge

Excavating in post holes in soft/loose soil (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu.m. getting out, returing, filling in and ramming earth or broken ruble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm , watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 M and making good surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge

M&L PCC 1:3:6 (40mm graded stone aggregate) type C2, in foundation of posts and struts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in -Charge.

M&L for mild steel work as in post and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape, drilling holes, notching for wire etc conforming to Fe-290 grade E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&Lfor preparation of new steel surfaces exc 10 cm width or girth and than applying two coats of synthetic enamel over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F 10mm dia MS round bar for fixing of chain link fencing with post complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge

M&L for preparation of new untreated steel and iron surfaces of any description, not exc. 10 cm in width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply only chain link fencing galvanised mild steel of mesh 75mm X 75mm size 3 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Note :- The weight of chain link fencing shall be ascertained by BOO as directed by GE and payment shall be paid accordingly. BOO duly countersigned by GE shall be enclosed with final bill.

Fixing only chain link fencing line wires,any mesh, size including line wire,any mesh,size and any type of standared ,rails,straining bolt, etc complete all as specifed and directed by engineer-in-charge.

S & F Joist, channel, angle, tee/flat or other sections, including cutting tops to shapes as directed drilling holes ,notching for wire etc and simillar work conforming to of Fe 290 Gde-E-165 etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square head at one end, and screwed the other,or screwed both end to be fitted with washer and one hexagonal/ square nut not exceeding 5cm long and dia of neck 11 to 15mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in Repairs Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete conforming to Fe-290(Grade E-165) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Taking down cement plaster any description including raking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L brickwork withsub class `B' Bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L half brick work with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan to any radius in cm 1:4 etc.complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L for Providing RCC precast cement concrete Type B0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded stone aggregate) 25 mm thick Jallies (measured solid including all mouldings and frame) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 to brick/ concrete wall surfaces finished even & smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new surface and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces of wall complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment of any description on old wall surfaces of any description, preparation by surface with help of mechanicaly and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium weather proof exterior acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness, laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar as in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L screed bed or bedding layer or mortar 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20 mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps jambs, pillers, window -cills cooking platforms and like in cement mortal (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, cutting and moulding edges complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Dholpur stone 16 to 18 mm thick for wall cladding/floor cladding gang saw cut with machine cut edges, uniform colour of each stone size exceeding 0.5 sqm area fixed with and including one number SS clamps (grade -202) of flat-30mm X2mm, 150mm long made to shape in each slab, making V groove at top and bottom of stone and drilling hole for hold fastener,polishing, rubbing & including silicon treatment including 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 with addition adhesive will be used over the cement screed bed for fixing stone complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge Note : Consumption of adhesive as per manufactuer's instructions.

M& L in repair for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of Square hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) & Providing baluster and necessary fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge

Demolition of RCC of any description such as in slab and in any position not other wise specially provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge (Reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition.)

M&L for reinforced cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in Slab supported on walls for tank staging and in shelves and etc. and setting in mortar complete with joints to match complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge

M&L for TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge

M & L for form work to rough finished surfaces of soffits of suspended slab such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work not exceeding 200mm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge

Demolition concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete type C-1 1:3:6, mix using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, completed all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying 60 mm thick factorymade chamferededge cement concrete paver blockofM-25 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in foorpath, parks, lawns,drive ways orlight trafic parking etc ofrequired strecnght, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in rerquired colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting ofpaver blcoks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Providing and laying 80 mm thick factorymade chamferededge cement concrete paver blockofM-25 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in foorpath, parks, lawns,drive ways orlight trafic parking etc ofrequired strecnght, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in rerquired colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting ofpaver blcoks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 30 cm x 30 cm x 15 to 20 mm thick heavy duty & high strength ceramic tile set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement including 15mm thick screed in CM 1:6 with pigments complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete laid in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar (1:3) (1 cement:3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge

M&L for Brick work with fly ash bricks, Straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick or stone masonary in CM (1:4) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge

M&L for plain cement concrete (1;2:4) type B-1 in coping /benching and similar work rounded or chamfered on edges using 20 mm graded stone aggregate including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge

M&L PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as surfaces channel and drains complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel up to 150 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds,/stopped ends etc.

M&L for providing pre-cast RCC cover slab etc of cement concrete type B-1 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate and set in (1:6) cement mortar complete all as specified.
