Inspection of 33KV VCB Panel at Site by technical person after dismantling of side, front panel & opening of bus bars, Vacuum Interrupters resin phase barring, fixed & moving contacts, Drive Insulator etc. (WBSEDCL & PHE Dte. VCB Panel)

Dismantling of busbar, vacuum Interrupters, moving & fixed contacts, charging lever, tripping lever, locking drum, mechanism springs, trip prop, racking arm, secondary plug flap coil assembly release roller, tripping plunger, operating spring etc part by part for proper assessment of fault.

Cleaning of operating Mechanism of VCB / associated equipment as required (tripping lever, charging lever, Inter lock lever, locking drum, mechanism springs, setting screw, stop pin, trip prop, set screw, spindle, lock nut, Trip roller, racking arm, secondary plug flap, coil assembly, release roller, ratchet, coil pot, main toggle, Tripping plunger, operating spring, trip coil etc.

Supply of following materials at Site:-

CRC - 226.(500 ml.) of approved make.

Three core HT Heat shrinkable termination kit 33KV Indoor type. (for 185 sq.mm. 3 core 33KV grade cable).

Three core HT Heat shrinkable termination kit 33KV Indoor type. (for 300 sq.mm. 3 core 33KV grade cable).

Heat Shrinkable busbar insulating tube 100mm., 36KV grade (BBIT 100/40 A/U)

Dismantling & finishing of 185sq.mm. 3C HT Cable from the point of burst along with cutting of the damaged portion & providing with 33KV Indoor type jointing kit along with all allied materials to complete the job for Incoming & Outgoing panel. (WBSEB Panel.)

Fitting, fixing of all above supplied materials of sl no. 5.00 by dismantling the damaged / burnout parts as per direction of EIC.

Making all arrangement for making 33KV VCB Panel totally moisture free by providing with 8 nos. 1000w halogen lamp, hot blower & necessary allied items to make the panel complete ok including painting primer inside the panel.

Testing of 2 Panel VCB and all relays of VCB, Charging circuit along with control circuit up to the entire satisfaction of EIC.

Supply & delivery of following materials at site:-

Supply and delivery of Electromagnetic Flowmeter for DN300 having following mentioned spec: Transmitter+ Sensor of Non hazardous type,Fixed Flange, Power Supply 100-230V AC,Output Input 4-20mA HART, pulse/freq/switch output,Display LCD 2.40",Housing- Polycarbonate ,Cable 20m coil signal cable, Electrical connection Gland M20,Liner Polyurethane,PN 10,Carbon Steel,Flange En 1092-1,calibration flow 0.5 % ,electrodes 1.4435/316L,Display Language English, Sensor protection IP68,Type 6P,Factory potted. Test certificate should be submitted at the time of delivery.

Supply and delivery of Protection panel with surge protector and voltage stabilizer for flowmeter

Installation,testing and commissioning of above supplied two nos Flowmeter , surge protector and Voltage stabilizer on rising main of size 300 mm near Sinchel Lake by cutting the MS pipe , welding of flanges along with power and necessary arrangement for completing the work with all required materials and as per the satisfaction of EIC.
