ABOVE TEST REPORTS SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO OFFICE AFTER COMPLETION OF OIL TESTING AND GETTING THE LAB TEST REPORTS HEATING THE GEL TO 150 DEG. C, REPLACING THE SILICA GEL IF NEEDED, TOPPING UP OF CONSERVATOR, RECTIFYING THE TRANSFORMER OIL LEAK BY APPLYING M-SEAL, CHANGING GASKETS, TIGHTENING OF FLANGE BOLTS. CHECKING IR VALUES OF OUTGOING HT PANEL AND TRANSFORMER WINDINGS. ENSURING PROPER FUNCTIONING OF TRANSFORMER TAPINGS AND OBTAINING SATISFACTORY CERTIFICATE OF TEST FROM THE SUB-STATION OF APSEB. IF THE DI-ELECTRIC STRENGTH IS NOT SATISFACTORY, THEN NECESSARY ARRANGEMENTS HAVE TO BE MADE FOR OIL FILTRATION. COST OF SUCH TESTING AT LAB AND OIL FILTRATION TO BE BORNE BY THE PARTY.
