Supply, installation, testing and commissioning in replacement Level Controller Panel suitable for monitoring of 01 Ultrasonic Level Transmitter. The panel should be indoor type, dust and vermin proof, made out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet, mounted on angle iron frame of size 40mm x40mm x 6mm thick and grouted using PCC 1:2:4 or fixed on wall. Panel should comprise Water Level Sensing & Display comprising of the following:- (i) 7" Graphical screen mluticolour-01 No, having mimic screen for displaying pictorial/graphical and percentage of water level (ii) SMPS of 5 A rating-01 No (iii) Audio visual alarm indicator:-01 No (iv) Surge Protection device suitable for 230V incoming supply-01 No (v) MCB SPN 32 A -01 No.

S & F in replacement 4 pair CAT 6 UTP cable for Sensors complete all as specifed and directed

Supply and Fix in replacement 6 Core 1.5sq.mm. PVC sheathed PVC insulated copper armoured cable complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement single phase electrically actuated ductile iron butterfly valve suitable with nominal dia 150mm PN-16, suitable for potable water application, 230 V AC/24 V DC, alongwith starter/control panel, complete wiring, positioner transmitter complete all as specified and directed. Note: Quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of welding/fixing of flange and making necessary provision for fixing of valve.

Dismantling existing unserviceable / deteriorated motor starter panel and capacitor panel, removal from site and depositing to MES store yard. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of indoor type floor mounting size as per manufacturer's design Polycarbonate CPRI approved OEM made Motor Starter Panel suitable for , shall be made of modular POLYCARBONATE THERMOPLASTIC ENCLOSURES which should be UV resistance in accordance with IEC 61439-1, clause 10.2.4: The panel should be anti-acid & anti corrosive. Degree of protection against mechanical load should be IK08 (5 Joule) in accordance with IEC 62262. The manufacturer of board/panel shall submit a copy of CPRI TEST REPORT IN POLYCARBONATE OF DEGREE OF INGRESS PROTECTION IP65 IN ACCORDANCE WITH IEC 60529. The gasket should be internally embedded made of polyurethane. The manufacturer of board/panel SHALL submit a copy of TYPE TEST REPORT of a board made out of Polycarbonate thermoplastic panel in accordance with IEC 60439-1. The CPRI report shall have mention of following tests performed and passed out satisfactorily: Temperature Rise, Dielectric Properties, Short circuit withstand current – Rated peak & short time withstand current and Rated Conditional Short Circuit Current, Effectiveness of Protective Circuits. The board manufacturer must submit the copy of type test reports for Polycarbonate Thermoplastic Board only. Test Reports submitted of other material of construction like MS, SS will not be applicable. Guarantee and warrantee certificates will be accepted only from original manufacturer.

Taking down carefully exisiting Pressure pump of 1 HP capacity, 50 Hz, 230 V AC, Single phase with Pressure setting from 2 Bar-5 Bar, along with 19 Ltr Pneumatic pressure tank and shifting motor-pump set to workshop for repair/servicing comprising strip opening of pumps/motor, replacement of defective parts carrying out necessary lathe work, re-assembling motor-pump set and shifting from work shop to site for and including re-installation with necessary bolts, nuts & washers, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge. Note: Spare parts shall be measured and paid separately under respective items here-in-after as supply only.

Note: Quoted Contract Sum shall be arrived at after deducting the amount of Credit Schedule (refer Schedule of Credit Revised in pdf form for quantity, rate and amount etc.) for old unserviceable materials retrieved from site.
