Construction R.C.C UGR 1500 KL Capacity Design and Const. of U.G.R. as per design on the basis of Soil testing design and preparation of construction drawing for construction of semi sunk twin chambered RCC clear water Reservisor with roof slab of required covered area and construction of suitable size of pump house, panel room, chlorination room. The clear height of pump house will be 5.0m & suitable for 5 Nos. V.T./Submersible pump with suitable nos. of doors, window & ventilaors. The capacity of U.G.R. should be 2000 KL tentative internal size of UGR will be 22.0m x 22.0m x 4.50m depth or suitable size and 2.00m above from ground level i/e free board of 45cm with cleaning arrangement, ventilator with jali, Man hole, ladder MC-150- 02 Nos. with 25mm dia M.S. bar a 300 C/C i/c the cost of all required labour, T&P machine requirement water, power, fuel and lubricants, water proofing compound, carrying out the work in sub soil i/c pumping & bailing out of water etc. i/c making the structure water tight and leak proof sump portion 2.00 meter deeper than the floor of the Reservoir to accommodate the bowl assembly of V.T./Submersible pumps with the cleaning sump of suitable size (1.50x1.50x3.0 mtr.)

C.I.D.F. with casted flanged as per IS:7181 class with latest amendment i/c cost of Soil Testing a) Inlet pipe- C.I.D.F.- 400 mm dia b) Over flow pipe - C.I.D.F. 300mm dia from slab bottom to drain complete. c) Fixing of Gantry Girder unit in required span (in both direction) in pump house i/c one no. of 5.0 Ton capacity chain pully (Indef Make) with 25.0 mir chain & making arrangement for moving on Gantry complete in all respect as der site reauirement & as per direction of E/l. d) Snowcem : finishing walls with Arcylic smooth exterior paint "Trump" of M/S Snowcem India Ltd. or equivolent of required shade (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 Itr./10 sqm over and i/c base coat of water proofing cement paint snowcem plan or equivalent applied @ 2.20 Kg/10sqm).
