M & L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls plastered or unplastered incl removing cornices, pilasters by brooming down to remove all dust, dirt and all loose scales and other foreign matter and smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salt, oil & grease spots by steel wire brushes or steel scrapers, etc and applying two coats of white wash to walls to obtain uniform surface including making good the surface complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No. 1 above but one coat white wash on ceilings complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No. 1 above but one coat of acrylic interior emulsion paint on walls complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment of walls plastered or unplastered, Washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces and applying two coats of acrylic interior emulsion paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer including applying plaster of paris putty of 1 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls plastered or unplastered and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment and Washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces applying two coats of 100% Acrylic Smooth exterior emulsion paint with Silicone additives of required shade@ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of steel and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint to steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of steel and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint to steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described n exc 10 cm width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of concrete, brick or plastered surfaces over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of fire resistant paint complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster any description and the like on brick or stone walls, etc including raking out joints,hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces of wall finished even and smooth mixed with with liquid water proofing compound @ 0.40% by the weight of cement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid seperately.

M & L for 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 rendering on brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement on wall complete all as specified and directed.

(Note:- 2 run 2.5 sqmm and 1 run 1.5 sqmm shall be mesured as a single run)
