SUPPLY OF DESKTOP, PRINTERS , PROJECTORS AND AV AIDS TO NRUPATHUNGA UNIVERSITY, NRUPATHUNGA ROAD,NEAR KR CIRCLE ,AMBEDKAR VEEDHI, BENGALURU

Only the Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) OR Authorized Dealer/Distributor registered under the Companies Act, 1956 or/and Companies(Amendment) Act 2013Partnership firms registered under Partnership Act 1930/ LLP (Limited liability partnership) with minimum 5 (five) years experience in supply and installation of Desktop PCs and Laptops to any Government Department in India, are eligible to participate

The bidder in case of Authorized Dealer/Distributor should have minimum annual turnover of Rs. 5 Crores, during preceding3financialyearsi.e.,2021-222022-23and2023-24

The OEM of the product offered should have minimum annual turnover of Rs.50 Crore, during 3 continuous financial years i.e., 2021-22 2022-23 and 2023-24

The Bidder being a dealer/distributor, shall furnish Authorization from the Original Equipment Manufacturer(OEM) Incase of Bidder being a OEM himself ,a declaration shall be submitted.

The bidder should offer only the products of such OEM having not less than 19% market share in Commercial Segment of Personal Computers(Desktop, Notebooks and Workstations) shipment to India for the 3 quarters out of past 6 Quarters (1Q 2023, 2Q 2023,3Q2023,4Q2023,1Q2024and2Q2024)as per IDC Reports.

The Bidder and OEM should furnish an undertaking stating that the System/Software supplied by the vendoris genuine and does not contain used or any refurbished parts and Malicious Code.

Local Presence- As on the last day of bid submission a)The OEM should have presence in India with their registered office a since last 5 years. b)The Bidder (in case of Dealers/ Distributors)should have an office in India for at least 5 years c)The Bidder/OEM should have had a fully functional Service/Support centre in Karnataka (preferably in Bengaluru) with GST/VAT/Service Tax/Sales Tax Registration.

The bidder should furnish copy of latest ISO 9015:2015or latest certificates of both the bidder and also of the OEM

The bidder should agree for comprehensive Warranty for a minimum period of 1 years for all the equipment & accessories The Warranty should carry replacement/ service/maintenance of equipment/accessories free of cost and provide adequate spares and service support during the period of Warranty

As per the recent directions of the State Government vide GO No. HD 58 EFS 2020 Bengaluru Dt. 16/07/2020, the bidder should avoid supply of the products which are manufactured in China

The Products offered by the bidder shall meet the specification as per Appendix I of the Bid Document.

The bidder shall offer the latest available make/models within the scope of the specification and shall supply the latest batch of Manufacture.The End of Life of the product offered and supplied shall be minimum 5 years. The OEM/Bidder should give an undertaking to this effect and ensure spares and service support till the end of life for the products quoted by him

The bidder should submit one set of sample of all the products or materials to be supplied and duly acknowledge delivery chalaln issued by the buyer for submission of samples shall be submitted in the technical bid.

Consortiums are not allowed to participate in the Tender

Should have executed supply of Desktop PCs , for a value not less than Rs.2.00Crores(Aggregate)interms of Value of supplies, in a single or Multiple orders to any of the State/ Central Government Departments, Government organization in India, during any one year, out of preceding 3 years 2022-23,2023-24and2024-25.

The bidder/OEM should not have been debarred/blacklisted by any State Government, Central Government, Central & State Govt. Undertakings/ enterprises/ Organizations and by any other Quasi Government bodies/ Organizations, World Bank/GovtE-marketing portal or any major Enterprise / Organization in India for non-satisfactory performance, corrupt & Fraudulent or any other unethical business practices, not meeting critical conditions/security clearance etc during the past 3 years, as on the date of Tender submission. Delisted/ barred by the Government e-Procurement/GeM/Purchaser for the reasons of not fulfilling tender terms, or penalized to the maximum extent for delay in supplies beyond the allowed penalty period or breach of terms of the tender/Portal in the past three years, as on the date of Tender submission.

Net Worth- The Bidder should have positive net worth in the preceding 3 financialyearsi.e.,2021-22,2022-23 and 2023-24
