Civil Work

Earthwork excavation for foundation in all soils and sub-soils to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring, strutting and baling out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation etc complete.

Filling with M.sand including cost and coveyance of all materials to work site and all labour charges etc.

Cement Concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm metal including cost and conveyanceof all materials to work site and all labour charges etc.

Supply and fabrication of steel including cost and conveyance and all labour charges etc. complete.

Supplying and errecting for sides & soffits including supports and strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surface in all floors including cost and conveyance and all labour charges etc.

Fabrication, Supply and erection of Steel Structures as per the specification, dimensions and design requirement including all labour charges and other charges etc. complete (including Primary and Secondary framing, foundation bolts, Stiffener plate, Cleat plate, fasteners, cold formed Purlin members, MS angle, Rectangular Hollow sections, Sag rods, Bracing rods, End plate, Base plate, Connection plate etc using welding)

Supplying and fixing colour coated galvanised sheet for roofing including all labour charges for fixing neccesary bolt, nuts, screws, "J" or "U" bolts etc,

Provision for 110mm dia PVC Pipe and Specials etc complete including all cost etc complete

Plastering with cement mortar 1;5, using 12mm thick in all floors etc.,complete.

Dry packing Random Rubble masonry in foundation and basement including simultaneously flush as per Specification

Paving the floor with kota stone slab of size 600 x 600 of 18 / 20mm (un-polished) in all floors laid in of cement mortor 1:3 (one cement three M.Sand), 20mm thick and pointed with colour cement neatly including polishing with polishing stone and oxalic acid etc., so as to perfectly smooth and glossy and including hire charges for polishing machine and power consumption charges etc. The kota stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work, etc., complete as per standard speicification.

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and fixing in positon Indian Water Closet (Oriya type) of size 580 x 440mm white glazed earthern ware of approved quality and brand with "P" or "S" trap conforming to BIS with crushed stone M.Sandcushion and forming flooring alround the closet using 40mm broken brick jelly in lime concrete 1:2:5 (One lime, Two crushed stone M.Sandand Five brick jelly) 100mm thick and finishing the top to the required slope and including giving necessary connection to CI soil pipes (including the cost of 100mm dia CI pipe for a length of 600mm) by dismantling brick masonry wall / reinforced cement concrete roof / floor slab and making good the dismantled portion to the original condition with leakages etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Solid PVC Door shutter using 19 gauge 19mm MS sq. tubes for styles and outer frames, 15mm MS sq. tubes for top, lock and bottom rails. The steel tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick solid PVC sheets. Shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC sheets for paneling shall rigidly fixed in position including necessary furniture and fittings. The over all size of styles shall be 50mm x 30mm. The over all size of top rail, lock rail and bottom rail shall be 75mm x 30mm. The over all size of frames shall be 50mm x 45mm, with suitable suitable rebate for housing the shutter.

Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors excluding cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Electrification

Earthing as per the ISI specification with an earthelectrode of 2.10 metre Class 'B'GIpipe of dia not less than 40mm with copper earthplate of size 125mmx50mmx6mm with necessary funneling arrangements with necessary masonry work and with 38mm RCC cover slab for the brick masonry SD 233

Supply and run of 2 of No.8 SWG Giwire for guarding withcradlewith No.8 SWG Giwire at the equal interval of 1.5 metre SD75
