Providing and laying 230/150mm consolidated thickness dry rubble stone hard core soling of following consolidated thickness in sub base to floor and in plinth protection to required levels and lines with first quality rubble, hand set, well packed including filling the interstices with smaller stone chips, supplying & finishing/ blinding the surfaces with approved blinding quality aggregates including watering, consolidation etc. complete as per Specifications, drawings & as directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Laying 230/150mm consolidated thickness dry rubble stone hard core soling of following consolidated thickness in sub base to floor and in plinth protection to required levels and lines with first quality rubble old retrived from existing soling, hand set, well packed including filling the interstices with smaller stone chips, supplying & finishing/ blinding the surfaces with approved blinding quality aggregates including watering, consolidation etc. complete as per Specifications, drawings & as directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Dismantling carefully the existing RCC kitchen platform/Brick work / stone masonary /PCC along with finishing by chiselling without damaging existing structure including cutting the reinforcement etc. depositing the serviceable material at departmental store and disposal of debris inside Anushaktinagar colony at the location identified by EIC etc complete all as directed by the EIC.

Providing and injection chemical emulsion for post construction anti-termite treatment and creating a chemical barrier under all round walls, floors, wooden surfaces, junction of walls & floors, wooden surfaces, junction of walls & floors, beams, columns etc, complete with using chlorophyriphos 50 E C or approved equivalent termiticide emulsion with proportion 1 part chemical and 19 part water or as per the manufacturer's specification and also the injecting chemical formulations should be as per I.S 6313 part III 1971 specification and as approved by the insecticide Regulation Act, including drilling holes 12 mm dia 300 mm centre to centre or as close as possible and sealing the same hole after injection of the chemical emulsion with cement mortar 1:3 (1part cement : 3 part cement) without causing any damage to the household & office materials like wooden furniture electric fittings and any other materials including spraying to the entire affected area with the same chemical formulation etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the EIC.

Plain cement concrete using graded stone aggregate of 20mm max. size including consolidation, finishing, curing, cost of form work, shuttering, centering etc. complete all as per specifications & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Reinforcement for RCC work including supplying, delivering, storing of various diameters as required at site of work including loading, unloading, transporting, decoiling, straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position at all locations & levels and binding with 18 gauge, soft drawn annealed steel binding wire including carrying out various tests as required etc. all as per specifications,drawings & as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Thermo Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500 D manufactured by SAIL, TATA STEEL and RINL only.

Reinforced Cement Concrete of following grade in foundation and plinth at all levels and locations conforming to I.S. 456-2000 using 20mm. maximum size down graded stone aggregate including machine mixing, conveying, placing in position, mechanical consolidation, finishing, curing etc. all complete as per specifications and drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge

a) M-30 For all type of Structural / RCC Elements

Extra for providing RMC (Ready Mixed Concrete) confirming to IS : 4926 (latest) in lieu of conventional RCC and PCC items supplied by approved RMC manufactures for all type of structural elements/ RCC elements and Misc works including transporting, pumping /manually etc. complete as per instruction of the Engineer in charge. (Note:- i) The contractor shall obtain prior approval of RMC manufacturer from Engineer in Charge in writing. ii) This item shall be measured in addition to the original items of RCC and PCC mentioned elsewhere in Schedule of Quantities. iii) The rate shall apply for all levels and locations including all type of structure etc.complete. iv) Extra for RMC in lieu of conventional RCC and PCC of any grade mentioned elsewhere shall be measured and paid under this item for substructure).

Providing, erecting, fixing in position striking/removing and cleaning steel / timber shuttering & centering for formwork in foundation, plinth and superstructure at all levels and locations for all geometrical shapes in plain, curved surfaces of structural/RCC elements including chamfers, splays, keys, wedges, props, rails, bracings, brackets, cutting holes for pipes etc., providing & applying approved form oil on all surfaces of form work coming in contact with concrete including close hacking of all exposed concrete work after removal of form work, all materials, labour etc. all complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing cement: sand: 6mm aggregate 1:2:4 screed mortar average 30mm thick mixed with approved water proofing compound @ 2% of weight of cement spread over the existing roof for obtaining proper slope towards the existing rain water spout, wherever required etc. complete including preparing surfaces consisting tapping by wooden ballet for hollowness of existing surface and repairing damaged locations all as per manufacturers specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick masonry in sub structure / super structure at all floors and locations using well burnt bricks / fly ash bricks of approved quality, make in CM 1:4 (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) to correct line, level and plumb including raking out joints, curing, scaffolding etc, complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing brick work 115mm thick in partition walls, dwarf walls, parapets, under platforms, etc. at all floors and locations using well burnt bricks of approved quality, make in C.M 1:4 (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) to correct line, level & plumb including scaffolding, raking out joints, curing etc. including RCC (1:2:4) stiffeners 115mm.wide and 80mm. thick every one metre height including form work cost of steel reinforcement complete all as per specifications & as directed by the EIC. Note: Reinforcement shall be paid in relevant item.

Cement plastering using factory manufactured pre mix/ready mix mortar in CM 1:4 of 'Roofit Mix'of M/s. Premier Floor to Roof Materials pvt.ltd/ 'Easy plast' of M/s Walplast Products pvt.ltd/ 'Readiplast' of M/s. Ultratech Cement Ltd or other approved equivalent make, having minimum composition of C:S :: 1:4 using fully treated dry, well graded natural sand conforming to IS 383 suitable for external plastering, having low rebound properties, low water demand for curing properties, mechanical mixing with water in a metalic tray only to make good consistency as per the specifications of the Manufacturer and applied on internal wall and ceiling finished smooth with wall care putty over brick walls or concrete surfaces at all floors and levels, including membrane curing by applying one coat of factory made curing compound Resikure of M/s Anuvi Chemicals, Concure of M/s fosroc, Dr. Fixit curing compound or other equivalent over repaired surfaces as per manufacturer's specification and removing existing damaged/ worn out plastering and disposal of debris inside Anushaktinagar colony at the location identified by EIC etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by EIC.

Providing & laying machine cut machine polished Cuddapah stones/granite stone/marble stone/composite marble as mentioned followings for kitchen platform vertical support /shelves /window cill / Flooring pattern etc and including necessary cement mortar for backing/ bedding, close jointed and grouted with matching cement slurry and finished to line, slope, level, plumb, curing etc, as required including cutting of stone slabs,wastage, making cut outs wherever required etc all as per drg, specifications, drawings and as directed by EIC.

a) 18 mm thick baroda green marble marble of approved surface finish for flooring/counter/dado/ skirting/cladding/staircase riser, sitout top with stone slabs of various size in pattern including 12 mm thick 1:3 (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) cement mortar bedding for fixing etc., complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

b) 18 mm thick granite stone/composite marble of approved colour and shade and surface finish for Flooring with stone slabs / strips of various size in pattern including including 20 mm thick 1:4 (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) cement mortar bedding. etc., complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

c) 18 mm thick granite stone/composite marble of approved colour and shade and surface finish for Skirting / Dado with stone slabs / strips of various size in pattern including making grove of as required, 20 mm thick 1:4 (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) cement mortar bedding. etc., complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & laying flooring / skirting with antiskid Vitrified tiles of first quality Endura of M/S H&R JHONSON (INDIA) Ltd or M/s. Pavit or as approved equivalant of thickness 10mm & 15/16mm thick in required pattern and combination of series & Colour or as per manufacturer's specifications, laid directly over tile using polymer cum cement based adhesive manufactured by Roffe construction – NSA (non skid adhesive) or M/s Ardex Endura chemicals– Gold star or other approved equivalent make/removing existing flooring and fixing new flooring using 20 mm thick c.m. bedding with necessary cement slurry of required consistency under and over cement mortar bedding in respect of flooring and fixed over 12 mm thick backing cement mortar 1:4 (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) in respect of skirting , close jointed and grouted white /colour cement slurry with pigments to match the colour of the tiles, finished to level, line, slope and plumb including cutting of tiles, making openings / cut out wherever necessary including wastage for odd shape of room and final cleaning of surfaces as required, curing, etc. complete all as per specification, drawings,relevent IS code & as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

a)In flooring with hexagonal Shape with 10mm thick or as specified

b)In dado / Skirting Tiles of size as specified in 10mm thick including removing existing entire paint, plaster upto the brick work/concrete surfaces and new replastering in CM 1:4 (using factory made ready mix mortar only) and fixing of dado tile with polymer cum cement based adhesive as mentioned above.

c)In flooring with hexagonal Shape with 15/16mm thick or as specified

d)In dado / Skirting Tiles of size as specified in 15/16mm thick

Providing and fixing colored paving chequered cement tiles of approved Shot blasted finish top surface of 30mm thick of size 300mm x 300mm of M/s.Super Tiles(Super precast and Infrastructure) or equivalent approved manufacturers as per approved design,pattern,shade for flooring and dado/skirting laid over concrete parking or footpath in 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 bedding and jointed with cement slurry & grouted with pigment of matching shade including filling the joints and disposal of debris inside Anushaktinagar colony at the location identified by EIC etc. complete all as per drawing, specifications etc, all as directed by EIC.

a)In flooring with 300 X 300 X 30mm or as specified

b)In dado / Skirting Tiles of size as specified in 30 mm thick

Providing and fixing of 4 mm thick approved make, multiple color shade and in approved pattern Aluminium Composite Metal Panel of approved make cladding /Facade at different locations including soffits of over-hangs and including aluminium frame work with grids/pattern filled in with weather silicon sealant of DowSeal or equivalent as per the drawings and directed by EIC. The ACM panel composition shall be of 0.5mm thick PVDF coated aluminium sheet+3mm thick low density polyethelene virgin resin core+0.5mm thick polyester (PVDF) coated Aluminium sheet all complete as per approved shop drawings and specification and as directed by EIC.

Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position at all floors factory made Aluminium sliding/top hung/fixed/ adjustable louvered windows & ventilators /front facade with rivit joint of specified size, made of integrated bronze anodised matt finished (15micron thick) aluminium section (extruded) , including for scaffolding, making, fabrication for facade frame, exhaust fan frame work, handles of specified size etc, of approved manufacutres for following types with extruded sections of Jindal / Indal / Aluminax or other approved equivalent make of approved sections with size and weights as directed for frames and shutters(including wastages if any) confirming to relevant IS specifications with all approved Bronze anodised aluminium fittings and accessories, latching fixture, 2/3 rollers with ball bearing of superior quality all as shown in the drawing including providing and fixing aluminium channel beading/glazing clips fixed with necessary bronze anodised screws, grouting the gap with sealant and including dismantling of existing facade frmae, window frame and shutter, glass and depositing same to dept store etc all complete generally as per drawing, specifications etc, all as directed by EIC.

Providing and fixing stainless steel for sign boards / structural steel / staircase hand rail with 2mm thick perforated stainless sheet panels using seamless pipe/tube of designed dia pipe, Square, tees, angles, plate and other sectiones as required for hand rail/grab rail /structural steel work with brushed finished/satin matt finished at stair case & lobby / passage and other locations as required, at all floors & levels conforming to SS-304 grade of steel and Relevant schedule, as per pattern & design shown in drawing / directed by Arch., EIC including necessary S.S bend, tees,brackets, base/cover plate and holders clamps to hold pans in all size & shapes etc welding/nut bolt necessary anchoring, polishing and fixing in concrete/brick wall with S.S lugs/anchor fasteners ,making pockets, concreting, making good the surfaces including all wastages etc. as per specifications drawings,including removing existing and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge..

With SS-304 including all specials fittings,brackets etc.

Providing and fabricating and fixing in position structural steel fabrication work at all level, using M.S. angles, flats, girders, sections, bars etc. fixing with anchor fasteners of suitable dia in the marble jambs & cills, masonary, concrete surface including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade & make and one coat of approved steel primer, including cutting,fabrication, welding etc complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Repainting of old painted wooden/steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint using first quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and shade over one coat of approved wood/steel primer including preparing surfaces, filling with putty scaffolding and cleaning etc. including removing old paint by scrapping, blowlamp etc.complete all as directed by the EIC.

Providing and laying of Kotah stone for stair treads with 3 line grooves and nosing at all floors & levels using 25 mm to 30 mm thick hand cut machine polished kotah stone slabs laid over 1:4cement mortar bedding including curing hand polishing removing old damaged/worn out tread and disposal of debris inside Anushaktinagar colony at the location identified by EIC etc . All complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying of Kotah stone 25 mm thick risers of approved size and laid over 1:3 Cement moratr backing of 12 mm thick at all level and floors including cutting to required size, curing, , removing of old damaged /worn out risers and disposal of debris inside Anushaktinagar colony at the location identified by EIC, all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & fixing factory made precast full/ half batter kerb stone manufactured by M/s. Super tile and Marbles Pvt. Ltd.or M/s Basant Betons, conforming to IS 5758: 1984 ,made up of Cement Concrete of grade not less than M25, and having size 600/500 x 375 x 125 mm & 600/500 X 250 X 125mm, of approved pattern and design, curved at inner edge of bull nosing with 20 mm radius, fixing with CM 1:3, jointing and pointing in CM 1:3 etc., complete as per specification and as directed by EIC.

Random rubble masonry in foundation and superstructure using spotless black trap or approved locally available stone in cement mortar 1:4 (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) including raking out joints, simultaneous flush pointing using through bond stones at every 900 mm in horizontal & vertical courses ofeach layer, including PVC pipe 50mm dia weep hole at 1.5m c/c in horizontal & in vertical, curing etc. complete all as per specification, directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Note:If through stones are not available for greater dimension,same can be provided with M-25 grade concrete of required size without any extra cost.)

Providing and fixing 60 mm thick (min) factory made interlocking paver blocks (grade of cement concrete M- 35) of M/s. Supertile or equivalent approved make, colour, shade, size, shape of glossy / matt finish including supplying & laying 50 mm thick stone dust evenly spread over the sub base including consolidation of sub base, properly vibrating with the surface vibrater, finishing to line, level and slope, finally filling the joints with fine clean sand and cleaning the surface etc complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing 80 mm thick (min) factory made interlocking paver blocks (grade of cement concrete M- 35) of M/s. Supertile or equivalent approved make, colour, shade, size, shape of glossy / matt finish including supplying & laying 50 mm thick stone dust evenly spread over the sub base including consolidation of sub base, properly vibrating with the surface vibrater, finishing to line, level and slope, finally filling the joints with fine clean sand and cleaning the surface etc complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Removing and refixing existing interlocking paver blocks including supplying & laying 50 mm thick stone dust evenly spread over the sub base including consolidation of sub base, properly vibrating with the surface vibrator, finishing to line, level and slope, finally filling the joints with fine clean sand and cleaning the surface etc complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and erecting double bamboo scaffolding using minimum 50 to 75mm dia best quality bamboos tied with coir rope and the horizontal and vertical members of the bamboos to be provided as required at spacing's of not more than 900mm apart both horizontally and vertically including providing cross supports as struts to the scaffolding properly to the building for maintenance/ repair works of external surfaces of buildings as and when required including providing necessary safety belt and helmet to the workers, dismantling the scaffolding and taking back the scaffolding, safety belt and helmet after the repair works are completed including cost of transportation, labours, bamboos, wireropes etc. All complete as per specifications and directed by the EIC.

a)Double bamboo scaffolding

Repairs to damaged RCC structural members at all locations/ floors using polymer modified cementatious mortar, for strengthening the existing RCC structural members using polymer (dept. supply at fixed rate) and comprising the following operations: i) Breaking cracked / spalled concrete members along the cracks with plaster, including removing and stacking of all unserviceable material at site, simultaneous transportation and disposal of debris inside Anushaktinagar colony at the location identified by EIC etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in Charge. ii) Exposing and cleaning the reinforcement thoroughly by light tapping / wire brushing of using strong emery paper and finally by acetone /rust remover of Dr. Fixit / Anuvi chemicals / Fosroc or other equivalent. iii) Applying a coat of polymer and cement slurry in the ratio 1:1 by volume to the reinforcement bars.

a) Building up with polymer modified cementatious mortar for RCC structural members etc. in layers not exceeding 20 mm in a day (proportion – cement 50 Kg. : Silica sand 125 Kg. : polymer liquid 10 litres.) with necessary bond coat (polymer : Cement = 1:1 by volume) for tack coat and also for subsequent layers using polymer including curing, covering the flooring /window with tarpaulins or equivalent covering material to avoid deposition of polymer mortar and cleaning of floor / windows thoroughly on completion of repair work etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

b) Repairing with polymer bonded mortar up to 35mm thick in layers of not exceeding 20mm (with out chicken mesh) in a day (proportion- cement 50 Kg : silica sand 125 Kg) with applying protection coat / bond coat to reinforcement, bond coat to old concrete and bond coat for every successive layers of 20mm thick in proportion polymer : Cement-1:1 by volume as per specification including covering the floor/windows with tarpaulin or equivalent covering material etc., and cleaning after repair etc., complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

c) Repairing with polymer bonded mortar of thickness more than 35 mm up to 70 mm thick in layers not exceeding 20 mm in a day (proportion – cement 50 kg : silica sand 125 Kg. ) with applying protection coat / bond coat to reinforcement and bond coat for every successive layers of 20 mm thick in proportion Polymer : cement – 1:1 by volume as per specification including providing and fixing by nailing @ 300 c/c one layer of Chicken wire mesh 22 gauge, including covering the floor / windows with tarpaulin or equivalent covering material etc. and cleaning after repairs, curing etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Jacketing and strengthening of R.C.C column with free flow self compacting micro concrete made with Roff concrete Repair (Super flow micro concrete) manufactured by M/S. Roff construction chemical, (or) Renderoc RG manufactured by M/s. Fosroc chemicals (India) limited (or) ESSEN construction chemical or other approved equivalent make, which consist of dismantling loose concrete along with plaster, cleaning the reinforcement thoroughly with wire brush and finally with acetone, making micro concrete by mixing prepacked dry micro concrete and water in proportion as prescribed by the manufacture, mixing them thoroughly for 5 minutes for achieving free flow state of micro concrete, pouring the micro concrete in layers, compacting the concrete by blowing strokes with 16mm steel rod curing for 10 days (curing shall be commenced immediately after 4 hours of pouring concrete) etc. including providing shuttering and disposal of debris inside Anushaktinagar colony at the location identified by EIC etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Sand faced cement plaster 20 mm thick in CM 1:4, two coats using factory manufactured pre mix/ready mix of 'Roofit Mix'of M/s Premier Floor to Roof Materials pvt.ltd/ 'Build Well ready mix plaster ' of M/s Walplast Products pvt.ltd/ 'Readiplast' of M/s Ultratech Cement Ltd / Readymade polymerised Dry mix Plaster - Silicoplast of M/s. Precise Conchem Pvt. Ltd.or other approved equivalent make, having minimum composition of C:S :: 1:4 using fully treated dry, well graded natural sand conforming to IS 383 suitable for external plastering, having low rebound properties, low water demand for curing properties, mechanical mixing with water in a metallic tray only to make good consistency as per the specification of the Manufacturer and applied over exterior masonry and concrete surfaces with base coat of 12 mm thick and finishing coat of 8 mm thick final rendering, including using richer mix for making corners if necessary and making nosing in plaster wherever required, at all floors and levels, including making grooves of existing size wherever required, including cleaning the surfaces, including membrane curing by applying one coat brush, roller or spray using acrylic based curing compound i.e. Resikure of M/s Anuvi Chemicals/ Concure Of M/s. FOSROC or other equivalent ( as per manufacturer's specification ) including removing existing damaged/ worn out plastering and disposal of debris inside Anushaktinagar colony at the location identified by EIC etc. complete all as per specifications & as directed by the EIC.

Rough cast cement plaster 25 mm thick in two coats, for base coat in CM 1:4 using factory manufactured pre mix/ready mix of 'Roofit Mix'of M/s Premier Floor to Roof Materials pvt.ltd/ 'Build Well ready mix plaster ' of M/s Walplast Products pvt.ltd/ 'Readiplast' of M/s Ultratech Cement Ltd / Readymade polymerised Drymix Plaster - Silicoplast of M/s. Precise Conchem Pvt. Ltd. or other approved equivalent make,having minimum composition of C:S :: 1:4 using fully treated dry, well graded natural sand conforming to IS 383 suitable for external plastering, having low rebound properties, low water demand for curing properties, mechnical mixing with water in a metalic tray only to make good consistency as per the specification of the Manufacturer and applied over exterior masonry and concrete surfaces at all floors & levels for base coat in 1:4, 12mm thick and finishing coat of 13 mm thick with cement and gravel in proportion of 1:3, including cleaning the surfaces, including membrane curing by applying one coat brush, roller or spray using acryalic based curing compound i.e. Resikure of M/s Anuvi Chemicals/ Concure Of M/s FOSROC or other equvalent ( as per manufacturer's specification ), including making grooves of existing size wherever required, including removing existing damaged /worm out plastering and disposal of debris inside Anushaktinagar colony at the location identified by EIC etc. complete all as per specifications & as directed by the EIC

Providing and applying one coat of base primer (Apex Ultima protect of M/s. Asian paints or Aquatech of M/s. ICI Dulux or equivalent) and two top coats of acrylic water proof exterior coating of Apex Ultima Protek of M/s. Asian Paints / Weathershield flexx rainproof system of M/s. ICI Dulux or other approved equivalent make and shade over the sand face / form finished surfaces / rough cast plaster at all locations as required, thoroughly mixed and applied at an interval of 6-8 hours for each successive coats and ensure consumption of 0.47 ltr/Sqm for 3 coats,(base coat @.29 Ltr/sqm & two top coats @0.18 Ltr/sqm ) for sand face surfaces including preparation of surface, cleaning and filling the cracks and crevices with Latex caulking crack filler etc. Complete generally as per the manufacturer's specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & Applying seamless Acrylic based chemical waterproofing system with minimum 1 mm DFT excluding thickness of reinforceing membrane (dry film thickness) including surface preparation as per general notes, primer coat, reinforcing membrane ( minimum 45 GSM) and multiple layers of chemical coat ( 2 to 3 coats as per manufacturer's specification), removing the existing damaged membrane water proofing treatment, if any, all complete as per the manufacturers specifications and as directed by EIC, using any of the following waterproofing systems 1) Smartcare Damp Proof of M/s Asian paints 2) Dr. Fixit Newcoat of M/s Pidilite 3) Brushbond Roof Guard of M/s Fosroc 4) ShaliCryl® LM HI of M/s STP Limited, all confirming to the following technical requirements: Physical / Chemical properties: Sp. Gravity Solid contents : 1 +/- 0.2 Tensile strength @ 14 days : 0.5 N/mm2 to 1.0 N/mm2 Elongation : 100% minimum UV Resistant : Continuous 500 hrs (min) as per ASTM D 4587 Tested as per manufacture speciations

(i) Over terrace slab, top of water tank and parapet etc. at all levels

Removing/dismantling existing integral cement based waterproofing treatment upto slab at patches and redoing the same by Providing & laying cement based water proofing treatment of agency approved by the department at all floors and locations including preperation of surface as required for the treatment of roof, balconies,terraces etc. consisting of following operations. a) Applying & grouting a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg / sq.m of cement admixed with proprietary water proofing compound conforming to IS 2645 over the RCC slab including cleaning the surface before treatment. b) Laying cement concrete using broken bricks / brick bats 25 mm to 100mm size with 50 % of cement mortar 1:5 ( 1 cement : 5 coarse sand )admixed with proprietary water proofing compound conforming to IS 2645 over 20 mm thick layer of of cement mortar of mix 1:5 ( 1 cement : 5coarse sand ) admixed with proprietary water proofing compound torequired slope and treating similarly the adjoining wall upto 300 mm height including rounding of junction of walls and slabs. c) After two days of proper curing applying a second coat of cement slurry admixed with proprietary water proofing compound conforming to IS -2645. d) Finishing the surfaces with 20 mm thick jointless cement mortar of mix1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand ) admixed with proprietary water proofing compound conforming to IS - 2645 and finally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry and making of 300 x 300 mm square. e ) The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water for aminimum period of two weeks for curing and for final test. All above operations to be done in order and as specified and as directed by E.I.C.

With average thickness of 115 mm and minimum thickness 65 mm at drain point

Extra for additional thickness of brick bat coba over and above standard average thickness of 115 mm.for effective slope wherever required.

a) With average thickness of 20 mm

Pressure grouting through RCC wall by drilling holes in RCC to required depth without causing any damages to reinforcement, inserting 1/2'' dia PVC pipe in hole securing the sides of the hole with cement mortar 1:2, pressure grouting with a mix of Cement slurry with 225 gm Dr. Fixit pidicrete AM or equivalent per 50 kg cement bag with W:C ratio 0.3 to 0.45 and pressure as per site requirement depend on member thickess. Continuing the pressure grouting till the flow of cement slurry stops, removing the PVC pipe, sealing the hole with Polymer modified mortar etc. ensure curing by applying curing compound etc. Complete all as per specification and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, Installation & Commissioning of following play equipments of M/s. Arihant Industries Corporation Limited or other approved equivalent in approved colour scheme at various locations as per annexure for general technical specifications, including foundation work, foundation bolts etc. according to manufacturer recommendations, complete all as per manufacturer specifications including all labour, material, taxes & as directed by Engineer- in- Charge. Note: Shop drawings of equipments with full details of materials to be used & manufacturer's approved drawing for foundation details should be approved before start of work.

a) Supply, Installation & Commissioning of - Platform Merry Go Round similar to model no. PGMR04 of M/s. Arihant Industries Corporation Limited or other approved equivalent.

b) Supply, Installation & Commissioning of - Standard See See Saw similar to model no. PGSS12 of M/s. Arihant Industries Corporation Limited or other approved equivalent.

Providing, cutting to the required size, fabricating, welding and erecting and embedding frame work of Swing etc ,using heavy quality MS Galvanised pipes with fittings/fixtures ofrequired diameter including MS Chain /structural steel plates, msflats and wooden planks etc. all similar to the design and pattern ofexisting play items provided in Anushakti Nagar and Mandala. township including scaffolding which comprises of : a) fabrication of Galvanised structures of standard height and sizesusing 3 "/21/2 "/1"/required diameter pipes including full weldingetc all as similar to existing play items . b) applying two coats of Ist quality synthetic enamel paint over acoat of steel /wooden primer to steel/wooden surfaces in twoshades and pattern all complete. for ladder/slide : a) using 65mm dia " C " class G Ipipe and fittings/fixtures etc for vertical, slant supporting pipesand 25mm dia. pipe for continuous railing along ladder and waitingplatform including erecting as per standard design and painting fullstructure with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat ofprimer as directed. ii.b )using 18 G Stainless Steel sheet of grade 304 for slides to bemoulded in single piece as per standard shape by properly stiffeningat both ends and at every 300mm across with properly breezing andfixing to the GI structures with nut & bolts / welding etc all asdirected. moulded in single piece as per standard shape by properly stiffeningat both ends and at every 300mm across with properly breezing andfixing to the GI structures with nut & bolts / welding etc all asdirected.

a) Heavy quality IS mark MS galvanised pipes of various diameters with G I fittings/fixtures.
