Amount

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes and n exc 10 sq m on plan and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches exceeding 1.5m but not exceeding 3m deep and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 Type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundation ,fillings and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Brickwork with fly ash bricks, old size bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m radius in built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 15mm thick plastering on other than fair faces of brick wall in CM (1:4) surface finished, even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; basesfor columns, etc. basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for RCC (nominal mix) 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in manhole and septic tank cover complete all as specified and directed. Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending, spirally for hooking for hooking and binding with including mild steel annealed wire not less than 0.9 mm dia securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in excavated approved soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm each complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste form work in flat surfaces to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste form work in flat surfaces to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams, and similar work complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning / Clearance of blocked WC any type at any floor from WC to first manhole and making the drain pipe fully functional by flushing with water to entire satisfaction including disposal of sludge/waste material upto 50m , bringing the same in pit complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning / Clearance of blocked Kitchen, bathroom, washbasin ,urinals from nahani trap to gully trap/ first manhole and making the drain pipe fully functional by flushing with water to entire satisfaction including disposal of sludge/waste material upto 50m , bringing the same in pit complete all as specified and directed.

De-Sludging of Septic tank or Choked Manholes of any description with sewage pump after plugging of incoming sewage line and throwing the sewage/Sludge into designated area of Sewage treatment plant all as directed by Engineer in Charge

Cleaning of underground Sewer pipes of dia upto 300mm including manholes by rodding from manhole to manhole, manhole to septic tank ,flushing with water ,taking out sludge and other materials by blocking of drain pipes, carrying/ removing the same to a distance not exc 50m and bringing in pits including covering the pits with soil in layers 45cm thick complete all specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 Type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands,plinth courses, string courses,lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height,copings,benching,haunching, kneelers, apex stones,bed plates etc slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed.

Dismantling SGSW/ Reinforced concrete pipe 150 mm bore jointed in cement mortar and taking out from trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for laying, jointing,commissioning & testing 150 mm dia Cast iron welded double flanged Pipe centrifugally cast , class B conforming to IS, in any length, jointing with rubber / fibre gaskets, nut bolts & washers etc in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Cast iron fittings or special for flanged ends size up to 150 mm bore pipes conforming ti IS : 1538, like bends (any radious and angle ) taper any type ( Straight, end increasing, decreasing or double socket etc) tail pieces single branches, Ý' junction double branches,crosses (all flanged ends) complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & Fixing in repair Sluice valve 150 mm bore heavy duty both ends flanged and drilled type nominal pressure rating PN 1.6 , Conforming to IS: 14846 complete with cast iron body bonnet wedge stuffing box with high tensil steel spindle cast iron hand operated wheel & Cap top nuts,bolts & washers including 6 mm thick rubber gasket joint complete all as specified and directed .

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing in trenches DWCPE (SN 8) nominal size 163 (ID)/180 (OD) dia as per IS-16098 (Part 2) : 2013 upto a depth of 1.65m with and including all items and activities required to make sewer line functional by bypassing the old unserviceable line complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing in trenches DWCPE (SN 8) nominal size 175 (ID)/200 (OD) dia as per IS-16098 (Part 2) : 2013 upto a depth of 1.65m with and including all items and activities required to make sewer line functional by bypassing the old unserviceable line complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing in trenches DWCPE (SN 8) nominal size 260 (ID)/300 (OD) dia as per IS-16098 (Part 2) : 2013 with and including all items and activities required to make sewer line functional by bypassing the old unserviceable line complete all as specified and as directed.

Making connection of drain or sewer line with existing manhole including breaking into and making good the walls, floors with cement concrete 1:2:4 mix (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) cement plastered on both sides with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), finished with a floating coat of neat cement and making necessary channels for the drain etc. for pipes upto dia 300mm complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of chocked sewer line by diesel running vehicle mounting hydraulic operated high pressure suction cum jetting sewer cleaning machine fitted with pump having 4000 litres suction capacity and 6000 litres water jetting tank capacity including skilled operator, supervising engineer etc. for cleaning and partial desilting of manholes and choking of sewer lines. Choking and flushing of sewer line from one manhole to another by high pressure jetting system of 2200 PSI for sewer line from 150 mm dia upto 300 mm complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Sewer cleaning machine will be made available by the contractor only 2 times in a month as and when needed and required by the Engineer-in-Charge. Only number of hours machine operated will be recorded in MB for payment purpose.

S&F 10 HP Non clog vertical submersible pumps with chrome steel impeller and cutter, non-clog to pass 40 mm size particles including Supply, installation with guide rail and lifting chain, cables, Earthing, testing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Digital submersible motor starter panel DOL type suitable for 3 phase, suitable for 10 HP, moter/Pump alongwith all connected accessories PLC relay, single phase preventor, dry run protection enclosed in and including box make and making electric connection, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 Volt grade, ISI marked as per IS-7098, cross-sectional area 25 sq.mm 3.5 core, laid in trenches / on poles / walls including provision of suitable hardware accessories, connecting up, testing on completion and commissioning, including taking down existing old and unserviceable cable in any position, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair submersible cable heavy duty PVC insulated and sheathed 10 sqmm size 3 core conductor flat fully water proof 1100 volt grade complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning with dry local sand for cable protecting under ground cable (8 cm before laying the cable and 15 cm after laying the cable) in trenches and consolidated complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : Punned thickness 18 cm only shall be considered for payment.

M&L for sub class ‘B’ common burnt, bricks old size, designated '75', laid dry, flat with width equal to length of bricks as cover/laid over the cable to give mechanical protection to under ground cable complete all as specified and directed.
