M&L for rewinding, overhauling and servicing of ceiling fan of size 48" (1200mm) sweep, 230 volt, 50 C/S, AC by dismantling the fan, taking out existing stator, removing of burnt winding from stator and rewinding the same with super enamelled copper winding wire of same gauge, same weight & turns including varnishing of winding, oiling of bushes and greasing of bearings, reassembling, cleaning, testing and repair the fan including S&F necessary minor spares/items like PVC insulated copper wire of required size, screw, nuts, bolts, spring washer etc and reassembling, cleaning, painting, numbering and testing all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Repairable fans shall be collected by the contractor from the E/M fan store and shall be deposited to E/M store after necessary repairs. Necessary transportation charges shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate and to be paid by the contractor to the transort agency.

Gun Metal bush (Make – NSP) suitable size for ceiling fans of any make and any size.

Disconnecting and taking down carefully existing electric energy meter of any capacity including removing of electric connections and depositing the electric energy meter in store yard of AGE E/M, all as directed.

Fixing only tamper proof electronic energy meter (AC Static kWh meter) with LCD Display, Single Phase, ISI marked, 10 to 60 Amps (Measures & display KWh, V, KW, PF, Last month history of KWh, MD in KW), 240 Volts, AC, 50 Hz, power consumption less than 1 watt, Class 1 accuracy as per IS : 13779, starting current 0.4% of basic current, overload capacity 400% of basic current for direct reading, with special features like TOD, tamper looging, optical communication port & display in absence of power, projection mounted type, fixed in & including appropriate size pilfer proof meter box i.e. meter cupboard (complying to IS:14772) with hinge type locking arrangement moulded in transparent engineering plastic with sealable provisions and making connections with existing DBs/Sub main and providing seal with sealing wire & lead seal and testing of meter including writing MES No & Qtr No on energy meter with thicker white synthetic enamel paint, complete, all as specified & directed. Make :- L&T / HPL / SECURE as approved by GE. Note :- Tamper proof electronic energy meter shall be issued under Schedule ‘B’ free for fixing only.

Supply and fixing in repairs single core PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable of size 6 Sqmm of 1100 Volt grade (ISI marked, IS: 694) drawn into and including PVC flexible pipe of suitable size fixed on surface of walls/ceiling to provide connection from electronic energy meter to distribution board and main cable connection to electronic energy meter, complete, all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs PVC connection clamp to electric connection for ceiling fans complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC insulated FRLS cable of size 0.5 sqmm (23/0.0076) and connecting from ceiling rose to ceiling fan complete all as specified and directed.
