Mechanical transportation, loading, unloading and handling of various items such as 200 mm ND Pipes (30 ft long in 4 peices) & 200 ND Flanged bend , 200 mm ND Foot Valve & 5 Cuses Pump 50 HP Motor assembly alongwith base frame to LIS Palpora from LIS Dar Mohalla using Mini truck like Tata mobile, Bolero Camper or similar.

Dismantling of 250mm ND Pipes (10 ft long---4 Nos)& 250mm ND bend at Kreshibal. The job includes cutting/ opening of rusted fasteners and exacavtion of soil for retreiving pipes wherever required.The job includes proper handling and safe stacking of the retireved pipes

Dismantling of MS suction pipes(4 lengths), MS Suction side bend and MS foot valve using skilled labour. The job includes cutting/ opening of rusted fasteners for nominal suction pipe size as under: 200mm. The job includes arranging chain pulley block for retreiving of vertical suction pipes. and then safe stacking of dismanteled pipes ouside pump house

Utilisation of above shifted 250mm ND Flanged pipe lengths(2 Nos)/ MS Flanged bend on suction side and two peices fabricated as per point 6 &7 : The job includes fitting of 10 ft length pipe piece connected to suction side of pump horizontally before fitting of 250mm ND Flanged bend and then fitting of 10 ft length vertically before foot valve.The job includes proper handling of pipes and then fitting in horizontal and verticall orientation using skilled labour

Gas cutting of 4 ft long Pipe piece from 10 ft long pipe including cost of consumables, etc. Gas cutting of 5 ft long Pipe piece from 10 ft long pipe including cost of consumables, etc. The two useful pipe legths shall be used in horizontal and vertical arrangement respectively on suction side as demanded by site

Providing and welding of steel plate flanges as per IS 6392 with nominal sizes as under: 250 mm . The flanges are required to weld on other end of one side flanged pipe pieces (4 ft and 5 ft long as described above)

Providing of assrted size high tensile steel hexagonal nuts & bolts for above 6 No Joints

Providing of natural rubber gasket for flanged joints with nominal sizes as under: 250 mm

Gas cutting of 200 mm ND Delivery pipe including cost of consumables, etc. This is required to change the horizontal orientation of delivery pipe to sloping so that it falls almost inline to the reducer placed at delivery of pump.This may require multiple small cuts

Welding charges of Mild steel 200 mm ND pipe sections, etc upto 08mm thick including cost of consumables, etc. for making above described sloping arrangement

Fabrication,Providing & Fitting of 250 mm to 200 mm MS reducer from 250 mm ND 5.4 mm thick MS pipe 2 ft long(approx).The reducer shall be fitted with MS Flanges 250mm on one side and 200mm on other side.

Applying Priming Coat with ready mix red oxide zinc cromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanise/ steel work (JKSOR 13.58)

Painting (two or more coats) with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand over cleaned/ prepared surfaces. Painting of 250 mm ND suction pipe of 30 Ft length (Approx) = 6.19 sqm and 200mm ND Delivery pipe 10 Ft length (Approx)=1.86sqm . (JKSOR 13.61)
