SOLING: 225 mm thick: Providing & laying rubble stone soling using spotless stones below floors roads/pavements etc. mechanically / manually consolidated thickness as specified below with stones vertically handset interstices packed with smaller stone chips, binding with murrum & sprinkling water for proper consolidating and finishing to required levels in quantities as and when required etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Plain cement concrete using graced stone aggregate of 20mm / 40mm max. size including consolidation using vibrator & needle if required finishing, curing, form work shuttering, centering etc. complete all as per specification and in quantity as & when required by the Engineer-in-Charge,

CHEQUERED TILES: Chequered precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick in footpath & courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles, including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete, on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand).

CEMENT PLASTERING: Cement Plastering for internal wall and ceiling with cement mortar 1:4 finished smooth with neeru over brick walls of concrete surfaces including hacking the concrete surfaces at all floors and levels in quantities as required at site including scaffolding curing, etc. complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
