Taking down carefully old burnt/unserviceable compressor unit of 1.5 ton capacity window type AC and replacing the same with factory reconditioned compressor including necessary accessories i e capillary tube including strainer and mounting materials,etc, welding, brazing, leak testing, vaccumissing and charging the refrigerant gas to the required pressure and weight, reinstalling the AC unit on the same place including testing and commissioning complete to any make of AC all as directed.

Servicing and overhauling the 1.5/2.0 Ton capacity (Window/Split) AC with water, chemical air cleaner, filter and drying, checking the bolt and nut connections, filling, refixing /shifting/electrical loose connections and testing complete all as directed

Taking down carefully existing serviceable split type AC unit of 1.5/2.0 TR capacity and refixing in another location in any position and height complete with all connected work like making holes, fixing mounting brackets and all other required accessories including making good the distrubed surfaces complete all as directed

Cleaning the unit with CTC except evaporator and condensor and leak testing the system with CO2 gas and detecting the leak and repairing, brazing and sealing the leakage including charging the refrigerant R-22 gas to the required pressure and weight of gas for 1.5/2.0 Ton capacity window/split type AC of any make complete all as directed. Note :- Gas charging will be measured and paid under relevant item of this schedule.

S & F evaporating coil made out of 25 SWG copper tubing having 30/34G aluminium fins per length for window AC's of 1.5/2.0 Ton capacity including taking out the unserviceable evaporating coil complete all as directed

S & F condensor coil made out of 25 SWG copper tubing having 30/34G aluminium fins per CM length for window AC's of 1.5/2.0 Ton capacity indlcuding taking out the unserviceable condensor coil complete all as directed
