The system shall be able to deliver 100% of the rated capacity upto 42 0C. Min 5 year Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) warranty both compressor and Printed Circuit Board (PCB). Must comply : Electrical cable IS 694 or IS 9968 temperature sensing control IS /International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) 60730, hermetic compressor IS 10617, heat exchanger IS 11329, capacitor IS 2993 and motor IS 12615. Complete as per CPWD specification and IS : 1391 Part II 2023. The system shall be able to operate up to 52 0C (out door ambient temperature). SITC of Suction/Discharge Copper pipe line in split AC unit 1.8/2.0 ton capacity including brazing, nitrile rubber insulation 9mm thick class 'O' etc complete 3/8" (9.50 mm) and 5/8" (15.90 mm)

Providing and fixing of CPVC pipe with all fitting 25mm dia including all material labour etc complete in all respect for drain water.

Supply and fixing of 2.5 Sq.mm 4 core PVC insulated round sheathed Cu conductor cable for stablizer to indoor unit.

Supply of 2.5 sq.mm, 3 Core PVC insulated round Cu conductor cable for connecting Indoor to Outdoor unit.

Part B - Electrical Wiring: Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required. For 2 X 6 sq. mm + 1 X 6 sq. mm earth wire. DSR 1.14.4

Supplying & fixing suitable size GI box wih modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess including providing and fixing 25 A modular socket outlet and 25 A modular SP MCB, “C” curve including connections, painting etc. as required. DSR 1.57

Supplying and fixing following way, horizontal type three pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 415 V, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required.
