S&F of glazed ceramic coloured tiles 7mm thick 450 x 300mm size in vertical surface set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement paste pigmented to the shade etc including 10 mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repairs of marble work (Udaipur green slabs) 18 to 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) as in cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) in pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Rounding to the edge of stone slabs on edge such as cooking platform complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finishing the surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster with ready mix plaster (as per manufacturer’s instruction) on fair faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth, (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- 1. Make of readymix plaster shall be Birla Aerocon/ Ultratech readiplast/ACC Accoplast / Fosroc Chemical (India) Pvt Ltd Renderoc and as approved by GE). 2. The readymix plaster shall be procured directly from the manufacturer or their authorised dealer. 3 The contractor shall produced original purchase voucher alongwith test certificate of ready mix plaster by manufacturer or their authorised dealer while claiming RAR/ Final Bill.

M&L rendering 5mm thick in patches in cement mortar in (1:3) on ceiling complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of old surface and making good broken egdes of chajjas slabs, facing, fins etc in patches area not exceeding 1 Sqm of each patch, height upto 10 metre, with 15mm thick cement plaster and sand mortar (1:3) or with PCC (1:2:4) type B-0, with necessary form work/scaffolding, finished the surface even and smooth including applying two coats of Cement Base Paint of approved tint without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repairs of 500 ltrs three layer in white colour capacity Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing existing roof treatment and preparing surfaces to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in Charge /GE including taking down existing plaster, cleaning of all foreign material such as grass roots dust/mud etc and roughening the concrete surfaces by wire brushes and washing down to remove dust/mud etc . flushing at junction of parapets complete and removing the dust/mud to the places where directed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in roof for maint, the uniform slope etc any thickness at any height and in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on brick work or concrete surfaces on other than fair face surface, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement using waterproofing compound fair and complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for applying water proofing treatment with APP modified polymeric membrane centre core of 100 micron HMHDPE, weight not less than 3 Kg/Sqm and clear thickness of membrane not less than 2 mm, on newly prepared surface with torch application as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge with the following description:- (a) Apply evenly a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS -3384 @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm. (b) A coat of bonding bitumen confirming to IS -702 of grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm as a IInd course. (c) Laying of APP modified polymeric membrane, 100 micron HMHDPE, having outer film 20 micron each, 2mm thick, weight @ 3 Kg/Sqm as a IIIrd course. (d) A coat of bonding bitumen confirming to IS -702 of grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm as a forth course.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for & removing of rubbish from premises of defence land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 15 mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:6) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F non skid ceramic coloured tiles of 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11 Sqm but n.exc 0.18 Sqm in floors, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for cement concrete (1:5:10) type E2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sunken portion of toilets complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in CM (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement for fixing of nahani trap or floor trap etc in position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement mortar in (1:4) in two layers with backing coat 10 mm thick and second coat 5 mm thick with WPC on fair face of brick work or concrete surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of this schedule.

M&L for Applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.20 Kg/Sqm including cleaning of surfaces over newly plastered surfaces of sunken portion complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for leakage/seepage proof coating consisting of preparing the surface of roofs, exterior walls, parapet, chajjas, sunken floor etc. with wire brush to remove all loose dirt, oil, grease etc. and filling cracks above 5mm thickness with Dr Fixit Pedilite URP or with plaster seal of STP Ltd and crack less than 5mm with Dr Fixit Crack X powder or with plaster seal of STP Ltd and applying Dr Fixit prime seal primer or STP Ltd (and allow today for 8hrs under touch dry condition and subsequently two coats of water proof decorative elastomeric coating system of Dr Fixit Raincoat with DFT 100 microns or shalicry 215 of STP (The surface after painting one coat shall be allowed to dry at least 6 hours before next coat) etc. complete all as per manufacture instruction and complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
