Demolition of brick work or stone /boulder masonry built in cement mortar, including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing debries out side MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick/ concrete surfaces, built in cement mortar including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removing debries out side MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and dismantling of existing water storage tank of exceeding 2000 ltrs capacity of any description shifting and refixing and reconnecting to its originaal position after completion of water proofing treatment of roof complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of complete roof treatment including plastering/concreting /brick bat surfaces and removing the debris outside MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius and built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finishing the surface fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cleaning all loose laitance on the concrete substrate and applying one coat of epoxy bonding agent on exposed concrete surface to ensure bond between old concrete & new concrete by brush application including scafolding at any height as specified and directed. Make / brand Monobond SBR of Krishna Conchem or Dr. Fixit epoxy bonding agent or Shalicrete URP of STP Ltd.

M & L for rendering minimum 20 mm thick on average, polymer modified mortar in cemet mortar (1:3) with graded quartz sand with additive Monolith - PMM of Krishnaconchem or Shalifix RM SG 01 of STP Ltd. or equivalent 15% by weight of cement in one coat with and including curing as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Repirs to be done by authorised applicator of Dr Fixit/ Build Core/Fosroc/Pedilite as approved by GE. (ii) Quantity of polymer shall be 15% by weight of cement. (iii) Pan mixer shall be used to get homogenous dough on bond coat surfaces. (iv) Repaired surfaces area shall be kept moist for 5-7 days.

Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Hard drawn steel wire fabric cut to lengths, bent to shape required and tying with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm in dia supplied and fixed in reinforcement not exceeding 4kg per sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate, as in roof kerbs/padding, using LW+ water proofing chemical of Dr. Fixit or equivalent as per manufacturer's instruction etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC will be measured and paid separately as supply only.

M & L for water proofing plaster at any position including wall, ceiling, roof, chajjas, parapet in CM 1:3, 15 mm thick in two coats using Pidiproof LW+ water proofing chemical of Dr. Fixit or equivalent as per manufacturer's instruction and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: Water Proofing Chemical shall be measured and paid separately as supply only.

S & F in repair for the roof/floor surface thoroughly wire brushed, washed and dried up and cleaned of all foreign matter and dust to receive bituminous primer, apply bituminous based cold applied primer @ 270 to 300 gms/Sqm manufactured by the same agency as that of APP all as per manufacturers instructions. Laying 5 layered, 4 mm thick APP (A tactic poly propylene) modified membrane reinforced with 180 GSM (Gms/Sqm) of non woven polyester mat, applied by thermo fusion using LPG torch on the bottom portion of the membrane with an overlap of 75mm in longitudinal direction for accessible roof complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, and filling solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand 1:1 ( by weight) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for grouting, providing 12 mm dia holes of 75mm deep @0.6 m c/c at junction of beams and columns as co-ordinal points for inserting/pouring mixture of ready made epoxy grout by pressure grouting for column, beams and slabs, including sealing the holes with CM 1:3, complete all as specified and directed. Make: Sika Sikadur®-42 HES IN or equivalent as approved by GE.

M & L for preparation of surfaces by cutting 'V' groove cracks of plaster internal/external of walls, ceilings/Chajjas all along the crack upto 10 mm and remove the loose plaster/concrete by suitable tools, filling cracks with crack paste compound and apply the second coat after 10-12 hrs of application of first coat and for external application must be coated with paint including necessary scafolding of any hieght complete all as specified and directed. Make : Use of Dr Fixit Crack 'X' shrinkfree paste compound/ Smartcare Texture Crack Filler / Build Core Compound / Fosroc Compound, as approved by GE.

Dismantling ACP bording in any form including letters and symbol written over it as in entrance or otherwise in any form complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 3 mm thick Aluminium composite panel cladding plain metallic of approved colour/ shade to beam/ column/ slab in circular/ rectangular shape including cutting, notching, bending to shape as required jointing with silicon gel of approved colour & Aluminum tubular hallow section 25 x 25 mm not exceeding 900 mm c/c on exceeding columns / beam/ slab to hold APC cladding etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Colour & Pattern of ACP sheet shall be as approved by GE. Make: Eurobond / Alstrong / Alstone / Alucoboand.

S & F Brass letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic, Indian) n exc 20 cm high made of 3 mm thinkness complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 20 mm thick Granite stone slab (of any type and shade, table rubbed and polished) in steps, risers, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platform, and like, over and including 15mm thick rendering / screed bed in cement mortar ( 1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.24 above but as in floors complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls, applying two coats of oil emlusion distemper over a coat of alkali-resistant priming paint over 3mm thick (average thickness) wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing and applying two coats of Fiber Reinforced elastomeric Liquid applied membrane of Asian Paints or equivalent make, having crack bridging ability upto 2.5 mm, resistance to positive hydrostatic pressure of upto 10 bars, superior anti-carbonation, 1st coat self-priming coat & 2nd coat undiluted coat ensuring force coverage of 30 Sq. ft/kg for 2 coat with 160 micron DFT, applying one coat of thick modified acrylic silica base texture (2mm to 2.5 mm thick) as per desired pattern and 8 hours two coats of Ultra durable pure acrylic exterior emulsion with Low VOC , Anti Algal, Excellent DPUR for dust pick up resistance of fading of colors ensuring 60 micron DFT for two coats, through authorised applicators of manufactureres of materials complete all as specified and directed. Make: Asian Paints or equivalent as approved by GE.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered or un plastered wall surfaces, over 10cm width or girth, applying two coats of 100% acrylic, weather resistant emlusion over a coat of exterior wall primer, all as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, or MS Flats fixed independantly without connecting plates, etc Fe 410-W (Gde-E- 250) quality- A (cut to ordinary lengths i.e within 20mm of length indicated) as in frame work for Galvalume / CGI chajjas/ Cladding etc complete all as specified and directed.

Erection and Fixing for old rolled mild steel sections of as in post, runners, rafters, purlins steps etc fixed with connecting plates including bending, welding etc complete complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI baseds corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 32 above but plain galvalume sheets for ridges/ Flashings etc.

M & L for 1.5 mm thick galvanised steel sheet as in Valley gutters fixed with rivets or other suitable arrangements over MS brackets Trapezoidal shape of required profile with desired slope etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair PVC Tensile Fabric Structures having with PVDF (polyvinyl-idene-fluoride) coating with all necessary fixtures, of any size and shape for making canopies, shed (Seating places) fixed to mild steel structural frame work, weight of the fabric ranging from 1000gsm to 1500 gsm, sample as approved by GE complete all as specified and directed. Note : (a) The shape/ design of the sheds will be as approved by GE. (b) Cost of structural steel used will be measured and paid separetly under relevant items in this schdule. Make: Mehler/ Sieon/ Haytes/ Ferrari or equivalent as approved by GE.

S&F for rolled Galvanised mild steel Sections of Grade Fe 410-W, (Gde- E-250) quqlity-A, as in post, runners, rafters, purlins, steps etc fixed with connecting plates including bending, welding etc complete including cleats, brackets, etc. for placement of PVC fabric shed complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old steel surfaces exc 10 cm width or girth and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed .

M & L for preparation of newly steel surfaces exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed .

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/ any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for powder coated aluminium snap grid having a size of 605mm x 605mm and sections incorporated in frame work shall conform to IS 733, IS 737 and IS 1285 and snap grid frame work shall be fixed to ceiling with supporting hanger 6mm dia mild steel rod, J bolts with necessary bolts, nuts and washers all as per manufacturer's instruction. The main & cross tees shall be jointed at junction/crossings with anodized aluminum angle bracket of size 19.05mm x 19.05mm x 1.45mm, weighing 0.14 Kg per RM, fixed with suitable mild steel, bolts nuts and washer all as per manufacturer's instruction, the snap grid shall be supported at ends all along the wall with anodized aluminum angle of size 38mm x 25mm x 2.18mm, weighing 0.358 Kg per running meter complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 9mm thick PVC laminated gypsum ceiling tiles size of 600mm x 600mm, square edge, front side laminated PVC and back side aluminium foil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Providing and fixing 12 mm thick plaster of paris ceiling (Gypsum anhydrous) to flat surface with GI frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of GI perimeter channel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450mm centre to centre/ intermediate channel 0.9mm thick having equal flanges of 15mm each and web of 45mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2m length) of 0.55mm thickness having kurled web of 50mm and flange of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm fixed to the intermediate channel at 457mm centre to centre with & incl Hangers 4mm dia GI (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40 x 3mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia, 40mm long complete all as specified and directed.
