Supplying and injecting with approved quality chemical emulsion at the rates and concentrations as per IS 6313-2001 Part II for preconstructional antitermite treatment and creating a chemical barrier under and alround the masonry pits, masonry foundations, wall trenches, plinth filling, junctions of wall and floor, expansion joints, surfaces of RCC works for a depth of min. 500 mm from the finished ground level, surrounding of pipes, conduits etc., walls retaining soil above floor level, apron and drain along the perimeter of the building including all byeworks complete as per specification / IS 6313:2001 or latest revision and direction of Engineer Incharge (only ground floor plinth area of the building will be measured for the payment in the following three stages. i) 20% after completion of the foundations ii) 50% after completion of the ground floor flooring iii) 30% after completion of all treatment works including ground floor doors & windows. SECTION -C: Reinforcement Steel, Structural Steel & Formwork Providing Reinforcement Steel for reinforced cement concrete at all levels including supplying, preparation of bar bending schedules, cutting, bending, transporting, fixing, tieing in position with PVC coated G.I binding wire, all labour charges, cost of cover blocks in specified grade of concrete etc. complete as per specifications and drawings. Steel supplied by the contractor. Using TMT bars of Fe-500D grade of all sizes .TMT bars to be supplied by the contractor shall conform to IS – 1786 (Latest edition) and BARC specification Note: 1) The contractor shall supply documentary evidence of purchase of steel, Test certificate from approved manufacturers and also testing third party from approved laboratories without any extra cost. 2) Binding wire required for the work will have to be supplied by the contractor at their own cost and will not be measured for payment. 3) Cover blocks shall be of same grade of concrete.
Providing Structural steel work in M.S Plain Plates and Chequrred Plates for Embedded Parts, Trench Covers, Connection plates etc.including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved zinc chromate steel primer etc.including cost of structural steel Plates, welding all labour charges etc. complete as per drawings and specifications. Providing and fixing double tubular scaffolding system using H- frames with cup lock type on the exterior side upto seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre horizontal and vertical tubes joining with cup and lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S clamps and M.S staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and as approved by the Engineer -in - charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purposes. The payment shall be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.

Providing and laying 50 mm thick cement concrete flooring with concrete hardner topping under layer 38 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 and top layer 12 mm thick wearing surface with metallic floor hardner, cement being mixed with metallic floor hardner of approved quality and make or approved equivalent meeting all the technical specifications as per relevant codes and standards in the ratio of 4:1 (4 cement and 1 metallic floor hardner) by weight and this cement hardner compound mixed with 6 mm down graded stone aggregate in the ratio of 1:2 by volume including providing and fixing 30 X 3mm glass strip,This includes cost of cement slurry, finishing to the required finishing and cleaning neatly while handing over the areas etc. complete as per specifications and drawings.

Section- F: Doors, Windows, Glazing & False Ceiling works Providing and fixing anodized aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections / Z sections and other sections of approved make or approved equivalent meeting all the technical specifications as per relevant codes and standards conforming to IS 733 and IS 1285 fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with expansion hold fastners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC / neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically whereever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P brass / stainless screws all complete as per drawings and and directions of Engineer-in-charge including providing and fixing hinges / pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of PVC / neoprene gasket required filling the gaps using silicon grout sealent etc. (fittings glazing and panelling shall be paid for separately)

Providing and fixing of Hollow metal fire rated (2 hr fire rating) Single leaf / double leaf doors of specified size as per IS 3614 part-1 & part-2 for stability and integrity. Pressed Galvanized steel confirming to IS 277 with the following specification. Recommended fire door shall have doors tested at CBRI or ARAI for maximum rating of 2hrs with vision panel. Test certificates should be available for vision lites /panels as part of the fire door assembly. Independent glass test certificates will not be accepted. Manufacturer test certificate shall cover doors both single and double leaf and all doors supplied should be within the tested specimen, deviation in specification and sheet thickness other than what is mentioned in the test certificates are not allowed. Proper label confirming the type of door and the hourly rating is mandatory. Approved manufacturer of approved equivalent quality. Door frame shall be double rebate profile of size 143 x 57 mm made out of 1.60mm (16gauge) minimum thick galvanized steel sheet. Frames shall be Mitered and field assembled with self tabs. All provision should be mortised, drilled and tapped for receiving appropriate hardware. Rubber door silencers should be provided on the striking jamb. Frames should be provided with back plate bracket and anchor fasteners for installation on a finished plastered masonry wall opening. Once frame installed should be grouted with cement & sand slurry necessary for fire doors on the clear masonry opening. Door shutters shall be of G.I sheet 18 gauge thick with necessary stiffners. Thickness of the door shutter shall be as per design or minimum 40 mm). All doors and frames shall be finished with polyurethane aliphatic grade paint of approved colour.
