The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials).

Flooring with Self Designed Colour Ceramic Tiles of size 305 x 305 x 6mm conforming to IS 15622 laid over cement mortar bed of 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three crushed stone Sand) with required Cement Slurry and Mortar Plasticizer including cutting the tiles to the required size with special cutter wherever necessary, laying in position and pointing with Water Resistant Tile Epoxy Grout at the rate of 0.27 Kg. / sq.m. etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Paving the floor with pre-polished concrete anti-skid tiles (Required shape and design) of 20mm thick of approved quality and colour laid in accordance with IS 1443 over a cement mortar bed of 20mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three crushed stone sand) with required Cement Slurry and Mortar Plasticizer and pointed with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m., curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. UPVC Ventilator Specification: Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Louvered Ventilators of from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile size of 60 x 78mm both profiles are reinforced with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profile are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with all over the edges of frame and shutter. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations pin headed glass 4mm thick should be provided in the louvers. The window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames. The ventilator should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work
Supplying, and fixing M.S. GRILLS for windows and ventilators etc, using necessary flats for inner and outer members which should be fixed or welded to masonry or column including necessary dismantling or making holes and redoing the same to original condition as directed by the departmenta officers inclusive of cost of providing one coat of best quality red oxide primer completre complying with standard specifications.
UPVC Window Specification: Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Windows of casement type (open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with over all the edges of frame and shutter the shutter will be provided with Espag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations free pin headed plain or brown colour glass 4mm thick should be provided to the shutter and it should not allow leakage of water even at most ranging storms and should have key lockable action, security protective hinges, strong locking systems and as per size for arresting noise and energy loss. The connecting mechanism between sash and outer frame that enables opening of the window. The window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames. The window should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work
Supply & fixing of WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) Frame extruded with size 75mm x 50mm. The single core door made of rigid WPC compound with minimum Bulk Density of 900 KG/ Cub.Mt. & shore hardness of 55. Supply & fixing of WPC door shutter, extruded as a single core board with rigid WPC compound with the thickness of 25mm (+/- 1mm) & minimum Bulk Density of 550 KG/ Cub.Mt. & shore hardness of 55. For the aesthetic appearance, the door shall be a printed digitally on one side of the shutter and the design is as decided by the Engineer in-Charge of the department. The WPC door shall be fixed onto the WPC frame with 3 Nos of 5” SS Hinges and the door shall have 2 towerbolt on one side and 1 towerbolt or aldrop on other side for locking system and 2 numbers of handle on the either side of the door shutter, all made of aluminium.
Supply & fixing of WPC door shutter, extruded as a single core board with rigid WPC compound with the thickness of 25mm (+/- 1mm) & minimum Bulk Density of 550 KG/ Cub.Mt. & shore hardness of 55. The door shall be a plain matt board as decided by the Engineer in-Charge of the department. The WPC door shall be fixed onto the Aluminium “G” type channel with Wheel and the door shall have 2 Hooks in SS, 2 Handles 4” in SS.(Sliding door)
Manufacturing supplying and fixing of Fully Panelled steel door with the following specification MS angels of size 40x40x6mm are used for the outer frames and M.S. angles of size 35x35x5mm for the shutter frames, stiffeners with 32 x 6mm M.S flat is provided at required intervals in the shutter frame. 18-gauge C.R. sheet laid as panel in the shutter and welded intact. M.S. flat 18x5mm is welded over the 32 x 6mm M.S. flat sandwitching the C.R. sheet in between additional stiffeners with 18x5mm M.S. flat is provided diagonally at the rear side of the shutter. 3nos. of Steel Parliament Hinges of Size 125mm x 150mm in case of single leaf and 6nos. of Steel Parliament Hinges of Size 125mm x 150mm in double leaves shutter to be provided. 6nos. of holdfasts 200 mm in length made of angle section spliced at the ends are welded to the outer frames of the door. Tower bolts 3 nos, one at the top, one at lock rail(Inner) and the other at the bottom are provided 1no. Aldrop is provided at lock rail section in the door 2 Nos of 200mm handle are to be provided. One rotaing locking arrangements for the inner side of the door and additional provision for locking arrangements for lock is provided on the rear side of the door at an appropriate place. Incase of double leaf door M.S.Flat 32 x 3mm at 1.1Kg/m is provided on the one shutter conceal the gap between the two shutters. at an appropriate place in the door.
A tie bar is provided at the bottom of the frame to prevent twisting of frame during transportation and fixing. All members are given a coat of red oxide primer as directed by the departmental officers. The rate includes cost of all materials, labour charges, transportation to site of work, loading, un loading and all other incidental charges etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. - Single leaf of size 1.00m x 2.10m.
Providing, assembling and supplying of Single reflective glass panels, 6mm thick heat Strengthened reflective Glass of approved colour, size and shape as required shade with reflective soft coating on surface #2 etc. all complete for the required performance , as directed by the engineer -in - charge. The heat strengthened reflective glass having properties as minimum visible Light transmittance (VLT) of 35-67% or less, Solar heat gain coefficient less than or equal to 0.35-0.5 or less and U value of 5.0-5.6 W/m2 K or lower degree etc. Equivalent SHGC should satisfy the ECBC norms. For payment, only the actual area of glass on face # 1 of the glass panels (excluding the areas of the grooves and weather silicone sealant) provided and fixed in position, shall be measured in sqm.

The back of the perforated panel shall have sound absorbing non woven acoustical fleese having NRC of 0.52. Installation: Install aluminium box section (provided by others) of section 50mm x 25mm or as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge on the solid wall horizontally using screws and plugs at spacing of 600mm centre to centre.Screw the aluminium extruded keel for channelled wood works provided over the lowest and second aluminium section at an on centre distance of 600mm. Place the inside clip on the groove end of the panel along the aluminium keel and then place the tongue end of the next panel. Continue installing rows of panels by inserting the tongue into groove of the earlier inserted panel and progressively installing inside clips into the next keel till the actual height is achieved.
